The hotel was not spacious enough. Water supply breakage 2 times in a day. the bed sheets were not clean enough.

some staff were helpful, others not. the 'airport transfer' means they only pay for your transfer one way and make you take a prepaid taxi to the hotel--complicated. room had no hot water. find somewhere else to stay.

pictures of the rooms on the internet don't match the actual hotel rooms. the staff are courteous and helpful but that doesn't help much. the room and especially the bathrooms was dirty. there are serious noise issues as well since the hotel is located near a very busy street. so dont expect to sleep much either.

“Do Not Stay Here”

This hotel is NOT a good deal, no matter how close to the airport or how cheap the rate. We stayed here for a short overnight layover, and it was not a good night. We waited nearly an hour for our airport pick-up, even though the hotel was about 15 minutes away and we called twice. When we arrived and checked in, everything in our room was dirty -- the walls, the bathroom, the floors, the sheets, the pillowcases. The room smelled strongly of mildew and who knows what else. If this isn't enough for you, note that the "free" airport pick-up includes a never-mentioned "parking charge" which is basically equal to what a taxi would have cost. Airport drop-off is not free. We have stayed in some low-budget hostels and guest houses, and this was by far the most unpleasant night of our two-month trip through Asia. Please spare yourself the experience, and spend a bit more to stay in a decent place.

“Avoid Avoid”

Dirty sheets, filthy blankets and extremely noisy. There was no water in the room no mini-bar. No even the basic ammeninties like a pot for boiling water.

“Avoid this hotel”

I booked this hotel through Expedia after looking at the hotels own website primarily due to wanting a location close to Delhi airport. It turned out that booking this hotel was a mistake. The issues were: - The hotel is on a main road - it was VERY noisy through the night (the bathroom window has no glass and the room windows were badly fitted so there is very little you can do about it. - The bedding was dirty - The bathroom had mould on the walls - Despite advertising hot and cold water, we were unable to get hot water over the two nights we were staying their - A manager who constantly tried to sell us tours, guides etc even though we made it clear that these were not required. - The hotels own website specifies that they offer a complimentary airport transfer. This was not the case and their pricing for an airport transfer was nearly tripple the cost of a pre-booked taxi from the airport. I would recommend that other users avoid this hotel. There are many other options in the same area - I'm sure some of them are better than this hotel.

“Not your best choice”

This hotel is probably not the best choice for a Westerner. The staff is very friendly, but the hotel is not in good condition, the rooms are not very clean, the bathroom leaves a lot to be desired, the neighborhood is not very nice and on and on. It was close to the airport, so I chose to stay there, but the sheets didn't even cover the matress. To be fair, I didn't see any bugs, the front desk did call at the hour I requested a wake-up call, and they did take me back to the airport for a reasonable charge.

“Do not stay at this hotel unless you want to get ripped off.”

We had one night in Delhi before continuing to a different location and so we found this hotel on expedia and it looked relatively cheap and clean. We arrived at the hotel using a prepaid taxi service and it cost us 150 ruppees. We then needed to return to the airport early in the morning and had seen a sign for 200 rupeees for a taxi to the airport in the hotel lobby. Upon arriving early in the morning at reception the guy informed us that the price was 200 per person because it was nightime. I knew this was ridiculous and he was just ripping us off as we had paid only 150 earlier. The taxi was also NOT an official taxi and was likely a friend of the guy. The sign we had seen the night before was also covered up with some newspaper. The room was OK, but there were stains on the sheets and we weren't sure if they were clean or not. I would NOT recommend this hotel unless you are okay with being ripped off and you bring your own sheets.

“dreadful”

This place was just awful. It was damp, dirty and a really bad start to our trip to India and Delhi. They were not there to pick us up from the airport. The staff were friendly enough though. There are many far better places to stay near the airport and in the city of Delhi.

“Not what I paid for”

There was no hot water, the sink and mirror were dirty, bed sheet dingy and only covered 3/4 of bed but a towel was brought up when requested.
