“The best you can get”

People in Delhi can be very cold to you as I have experienced it many times because I come here often for business, but I was pleasantly surprised by the staff of hotel Bright as nothing was to much for them when it comes to guest's service. They offered me food even at early morning at the time of checkin. The rooms can be compaired to any 5star hotel in the city. Excellent location rite in the center of the city in Connaught Place. Extremely neat and clean hotel with great bathrooms (no bath tubs though, only showers). Good towels, excellent breakfast, which can be served in bed on a lazy day. Staff is very polite (probably because the owners take personal interest). I am sure to go back to this hotel on my next visit and I highly recommend it to fellow travelers.....cheers

“No Frills ...but quite a good little Hotel”

What a great little find . Totally the best shower we had in all of India ..plenty of hot water and good water pressure ..The rooms are very clean ,the beds actually soft with great soft pillows ..all thing we didn't find in most hotels. The rooms have no windows which is actually a good thing as we expected staying right in connaught place to be very noisy .The first night was very quiet and the second night would have been too if an inconsiderate guest hadn't decided to listen to music half the night .(not the hotels fault) .They even provided a basic breakfast for us at 5 AM.The location is great and they organised a taxi to the airport which, while it was rather expensive , getting to the airport on time was our main priority. We appreciated being able to have a good sleep and shower before a long flight . Oh and we apologize for leaving so much mess but we had to cull our luggage a bit before leaving

Great hotel, great location, great service. The only downside is that some of the rooms do not have windows.

“Very impressed once inside”

A very unimposing entrance leads to a stairway up to an area which it has to be said is extremely uninviting, however once through the door of the Bright things change. The reception is clean, modern and well decorated and the staff helpful. Our room which was off the reception was very well decorated, modern, clean and with good bathroom facilities and double glazed to keep out the Delhi noise and a comfortable bed with spotless linen. There are no dining facilities in the hotel but an excellent alternative - breakfast in bed. You order your breakfast the night before, give a time and it arrives in your room. The hotel is within walking distance of the Metro from the airport and a short tuk tuk ride to Delhi airport and the staff helpful and pleasant. We understand the whole hotel has been refurbished, we were vey pleased with everything and this hotel would be our first choice if ever we are in Delhi again.

“Bright Hotel in name and character”

A very friendly hotel in a convenient position for Metro and night time eating. Excepting the room 101 at the front of the hotel which was cold and damp owing to large window and from which we changed, the rooms were recently decorated and very comfortable. Staff could not have been more helpful and they booked us an excellent and knowledgeable driver through Visit India Tours for our subsequent 12 day tour of Rajastan

The hotel staff is very friendly and made our stay comfortable. It is located at the heart of New Delhi. ATM's, local transport, shopping and eataries are within easy reach.
