I had a nice time staying at this hotel. I find the room was small but cosy and everything was there. Even though the hotel is in the middle of the busy market but I didn't find it noisy even during the big festival time. It has a nice small restaurant and open terrace on the top floor.

“Great Stay”

Our family stayed here in 2 rooms and although the area surrounding the hotel was alittle unexpected the hotel was very comfortable and the staff very friendly and extremely helpful. They pointed out the cheapest ways to get around and was always on hand to assist. We had a great stay.

“Mediocrity Personified”

Hotel is located in a poor section, dogs fighting at night ,Loud window air conditioner, no hot water in the shower or sink, light bulbs burned out and various out of the way spots needed a good cleaning.. On the plus side a very comfortable bed and the hotel staff were quite accomodating. Not being a complainer I did not inform the staff of the room deficiencies until I was asked if I would give a video testimonial for their promotional purposes. When I declined and told the Manager why(the above) he said I should have told him and he would have changed my room, Unfortunately he missed the point that these things should not have to be the subject of a complaint prior to being rectified.

“Hotel is disgusting!!”

This hotel is rank! There's much better budget accommodation around; Its location is in a VERY filthy& built up street which is noisy 24hrs!! but is close to attractions. The towels were dirty&hard,we didn't use them!The sheets were dirty,wifi didnt wrk You have to ring&ask for hot water but you don’t get much as there’s a big bucket u have to fill&wash from! u can’t use the shower as an actual shower as it just floods the bathroom! They advertise hotel pick up but they didn’t pick us up even though they confirmed via email that they would be!Not nice when you land at 4am!!! We paid for a taxi ourselves &they offered to drop us at the airport at the end of our stay!fair enough even though the person at the front desk told us we paid twice the amount we should have paid 4taxii!(Should be 650rupees MAX) When we got the hotel transfer 2the airport it was a busted up fiat panda that turned up!! With no seat belts,the boot didn’t open so they had to cram our bags into the front passenger seat! AND we had a mouse in the room!! My wife left her eye liner pencil on the bed before we went out and when we got back it was chewed to bits and when I opened the fridge cabinet you could see it was full of mouse droppings!! We called the front desk,they sent2porters2 the room with a sticky pad2catch it with! After half an hr they caught it&just walked out&shut the door!! Leaving the mouse droppings&the chewed up pencil! The hotel has a horrible smell throughout.

hotel was dirty nothing like its website flies everywere all the staff seemed to do was try and rip you off we had free dinners and at check out the tryed to charge us for eating to much,we had 4 people and 4 large cases which the hotel were aware of and a free airport pick up they sent a small car showers didint work when thy did there was noo hot water i just cannot really describe how angry i feel about this hotel i would just adive anyone thinking of booking this hotel dont

“Comments of BB Palace”

Although the hotel was located in an ideal location, the standard of the hotel was not what I expected. The room we had was ok for three people. The Bathroom was extremley poor and a poor state of disrepair.The toilet was broken and the prssure from the shower was poor. Whenever, we wanted hot water we had to contact reception and asked them to turn the hot water on. Note: Sometimes they forgot to do this and so we had to ask and wait. for up to 5 - 15 minutes. The hotel staff were great. Breakfast was not great for a meat eater. I had to supply my own fresh juice each morning, as none were available.
