“Ess Kay Ess experience”
The food services and on request travel arrangements are really good. However, there is a problem in the Airport Shuttle services. The hotel requires us to pay for it in spite of its inclusion in the tariff. We booked for two rooms. We came on our own from the Airport. Yet, they agreed to drop only one of our member in the Airport, who had vacated a day earlier. The remaining three of us made it on our own on the scheduled day. Hence, the pick up and drop from the Airport has to be dealt with more care. Similarly, procedures to cancel the accommodation for members who form part of the single travel booking also needs attention and clarity. Otherwise no problem. It is better the travel agency mark a copy of the instruction to the hotel for the traveler, including the intermediary agency.
