    “Bristol - Never going back”

    This was the worst hotel I ever stayed in. Very few guests, many staff members yet they could not get anything done. Found them to be intrusive and incompetent. I had to have my room changed because lights internet and other things did not work in my room. Room stunk of smoke. Staff in restaurant was incredibly slow even though they were not busy. Bar staff could not speak english and gave us wrong answers.
