Our toilet ran the entire night..there is no elevator for my son, who has disabilities, to get to the room..the walls are so thin, we could hear the neighbor’s TV all night. The hotel is a bit run down.

Not sure what warrants the price for a stay here, but you’re better off getting an average motel. The place is pretty outdated, and the staff isn’t that friendly or welcoming. Save your money and find a different place to stay.

Poor customer service, incompetent staff.
Reception staff showed no interest to greet guests. We were given a room that was occupied, thus the key cards couldn’t open the door. We went back to the reception to ask for the key card to be properly programmed. The second time we tried to open the door the key cards still did not work. Then the guest in the room was woken up and was upset with us for trying to get into his room. No apology from the receptionist.

The bathroom was dirty hair on the floor and not just a few strands but a clump of hair..there were ants in the bathroom...carpet in the room looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in a while. We had two towels for four people...

Things were okay until the end. Front end staff didn't know what they were doing, room was already paid for through hotels.com by they ran out card again for the full amount. Still working to get a refund for being double charged.

The rooms smell like cigarettes, we asked to move rooms but it also had a bad odor.
