The refrigerator didn’t work. I was in the 2nd floor and the ice machine was out of order and had to make 2 trips to the ice machine by check in so I could keep drinks cold.

I booked this hotel for 5 days stay. I had to check out next morning. They said they are doing renovation. Nothing in the room. No hanger, iron, and room was dirty.
