Exercise room was not available as pictured, pool was good, hot tub only 92°f pool area worn out, ice barely came out of machine, no breakfast, reserved a handicap accessible room got put on second floor with no elevator. Stay somewhere else.

Budget hotel needs an upgrade
We choose this hotel for the heated indoor pool and it was in poor shape. The room was dark and the pool surfaces were peeling and rough to the touch. The beds were also uncomfortable and the bedding was scratchy and old.

Ill start off with a positive...the staff tried to be helpful. Entire facility worn down and antiquated. Room key issues. Phoning the front desk on supplied land line was staticky and temperamental. Hair dryer non-operational. Shower hose extended into the area where the body should be...awkward. Shower head was leaky and spewed water onto the floor. Sign outside says breakfast is included...staff confirmed there is NO breakfast. Never again do i plan to stay here. 3 stars only because I saw effort by the staff.

We loved the heated pool and hot tub. Just what we needed during our house issues. Staff was friendly and accommodating. However their only ice machine broke and was unable to be serviced during our stay. The windows in the pool room were broken and had to be held up by an object to all air ventilation. The bed was lumpy. They advertised free breakfast but there was no free breakfast. We were advised that they no longer served breakfast by the staff.

For some reason they are stingy with towels. Only one at check in in our room for two of us, and when asking they gave one morr set. Not enough for our stay ssy had to ask some more. Usually clean room, but floor was very sticky , and beer was left behind in the fridge. Hottub is now a warm tub. Overall though still good value for the price.

So we picked this place mainly for the indoor pool. We were there as a group and kids enjoy swimming. The sign said they had a heated pool that was a lie… the lighting in the pool area was very dim and hard to see. There sign and the internet said they served breakfast they do not. There was nothing in our room when it came to shampoo soap and towels the phone was broke so we couldn’t even call to get some the tv was fuzzy and hard to see. I could go on and on. Very sad place to stay.

This was the worst hotel we have ever stayed at. 1. Breakfast is advertised on Expedia, on the hotel website, and on the sign at the hotel, however there was no breakfast. 2. The door to our room did not automatically shut and had to be pulled/pushed to shut. 3. One of the lights in our room was broken as well as a hole in the wall. 4. The comforter had multiple holes in it and strings hanging off of it. 5. Our room did not have any tissues stocked in the tissue holder. 6. The fridge was dirty and looked liked it hadn't been wiped down in a while. 7. The staff was not friendly and seemed as if they didn't want to be there. We will never stay here again. I do not recommend. If we weren't visiting family during the day we would have changed hotels.

Hello, Expedia has multiple sites and we are not sure which one was used to book the room. Our brand website does not advertise we serve breakfast, yes we did in the past and we have discontinued. Our brand requirements and standards department have confirmed with Expedia not to advertise that and it does not show on Expedia or Hotels.com we serve breakfast, if any other site is brought to our attention we will reach out to our partners to correct the mistake. We have cancellation policy which guests can utilize if they deem if the breakfast was the deal breaker. We are extremely sorry to hear that it was a bad experience for you. We will make every effort rectify the misinformation on those sites.

Horrible! At Check-In I was givin my key and told my room will be ready in 10 minutes. so I waited went back to front desk an hour later to make sure it was ready turns out he said it wasn’t gna be ready for another hour good thing I printed off my orbitz receipt which states Check-In 3 pm but nothing was done it was so dirty, trash everywhere on the room. I Was given a different room. It states breakfast is served in the morning but the front desk told me no breakfast is served there even though there are signs everywhere that say they do and on my orbitz receipt. I’m never going there again! Worst experience! Don’t go there!!

We no longer serve breakfast anymore and it doesn't state on the website either. We are sorry for your expericne but we had made multiple exceptions for early check-in and allowed extra guests to utilize hotel aminiteis without any fee. We admit the room was not ready but we did moved you to another room at 3 PM. Thank you!

This hotel is older, but it is always clean when i stay. The staff are friendly. And they have the best heated indoor pool and hot tub in the area. I reccommend this hotel for anyone looking fpr a place to stay.

You get what you pay for. It’s okay for overnight stay but I wouldn’t stay here for longer. The room could’ve been cleaned better. The blanket didn’t look like we could use it, so we had to remove it from the bed. The bedding itself was clean. The white towels didn’t look spotless - they looked old and stained
