“Desoto's Best Hotel.”

This was a wonderful place to stay!! The staff was amazing from the moment we stepped in the door til the moment we left. Every time that we encounter a staff member they asked how our day was going and if we needed anything. During the stay the staff was helpful with restaurants aroung the area, and Cracker Barrel next door, in walking distance. Breakfast in the morning was really nice the setup and it was really CLEAN!!!!. About the rooms what I can say, the rooms have been remodeled, new furniture inside the rooms, lots of amenities in the room such as, Coffee in room, microvawe, refrigerator, hair dryer, iron and ironing board. Beds they were so confortable that I event didnt want to check out. I HAD THE BEST NIGHT OF SLEEP after a while!!! it was relaxing!! Can't wait to go back when i am around the area. And i do recommend this hotel to others, Simply the best.

“Nice Days Inn & Suites in DeSoto TX”

I was impressed by the condition of this hotel compare to my previous visit to DeSoto. It is nicely renovated Days Inn & Suites with brand new pillow top beds, in-room coffee, new carpet and paint. Having Cracker Barrel right next to the hotel was very convenient. Easy on/off access off of I-35. Front desk was very friendly and courteous.

“Needed a quick night's stay, low cost.”

Smoking room but didn't smell like it. Seed burns on one of the bedspreads (which are much too thin) but the room was clean and everything worked. Bring your own towels and a blanket for better comfort.

“Nice stay”

I only wish they had a swimming pool.the breakfast was quick and served its purpose. Overall, I would stay there again.

“Very pleased!”

Nice large room with king-sized bed, updated wall colors with coordinating upholstered chair. Nice desk area with very nice desk chair. I was pleasantly surprised at how new everything looked, and of course, the standard large color tv/microwave/refrigerator/coffee maker/hair dryer & daily breakfast were appreciated!

“Good enough to go back”

We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights. Check in was easy, the room was clean, the frige held our drinks and left overs nicely. It worked for what we needed it for. The price was best in that area and definitly good enough to get my business again.

“Great for the Price”

The hotel was easy to locate and find although the access road made it a 3-4 minute drive around the large loop if you missed the hotel. But all the restaurants you could want were only a mile or two south of the hotel so that made it great! Mr. Patel, the manager, and John who worked the front desk service were both very friendly! The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. Overall, I would recommend it to anyone for the price, location, and comfort!

“Management could use improving”

Went to desk several times and no one was there. Appear to be very short handed sometimes. Other than that, the room was fine, the location OK, however you will have to circle back because you will pass it if you don't take a long service road entrance to get there.
