“Daytona Beach's Best Hotel, A+++++++++++++++”

This beachfront Hotel is awesome...... CLEAN!!! SERVICE!!! COMFORT!!! CONVENIENCE!!! This hotel exceeded all my expectations. We were extremely happy with our stay. Valet was awesome. Got my car real fast every day. Staff was ALWAYS FRIENDLY. We didn't have 1 bad experience. We have stayed at many great hotels like the Wynn, MGM Signature, Mandalay Bay THE HOTEL, and even 6 star hotels in Hong Kong......THE SHORES really shined. We enjoyed our stay very much. We had drinks at the fire pit, their Tiki hut bar, it was only a minute to go down the stairs to the beach and swim in the ocean, the heated pool was so nice, just a relaxing, clean, friendly hotel. Excellent drinks by the way. Oh, and the Shower pressure in the bathroom was incredible. We had the partial ocean view but the view from our room was beautiful and we even kept the balcony door open at night to sleep to the ocean sound. Plasma Tv, Fast Internet. A+++++++++ Highly Recommended

I don't expect much from most hotels in the Daytona Beach area, but this place was an exception. It is new and stylish. The bar, lobby, pool and restaurant are all really very nice. The rooms......roomy and clean with large Plasma TV's.

We went down just for an overnighter and this was a great place to go. Beautiful rooms and very, very comfortable beds. Its right on the beach with a very nice pool and hot tub out back. The service was exceptional. Its not in the heavily travelled area of Daytona Beach so if you want nightlife, you'll have to drive a couple miles for it. But if you want to get away from the beach crowd, then this is the place to go!

“Wonderful Place!”

The place was beautiful! Exactly on the beach. The tiki bar was outside fun! The firepits were great places to hang out. There is good distance between the resort and the water. You can even park your car on the beach. Too cool!! If you have a chance . . . go! The rooms here are not really expensive compared to any other place.

“Romantic Getaway”

We stayed at The Shores during the heart of Spring Break season. Since we are no longer that age, we were looking for something very nice, very clean, romantic, with a beautiful room. We were not disappointed. The room was gorgeous with an oceanfront view and balcony. The King size bed was more comfortable than my bed at home, the room also had a 42inch flat panel tv. The pool area is very nice and has excellent service. At night there is even an outdoor fireplace that overlooks the ocean. The hotel is expensive, but it is well worth the cost. I highly recommend it.

We had a wonderful time, everyone was very professional, caring and went out of their way to help, answer questions and just really tend to your needs, no matter what they may be. The spa was just great. 5 plus stars

Me and my husband went here for our 3 year wedding anniversary to get away for the night since we live in Daytona. From the time we arrived to the time we left the service was AMAZING.We book a river view room and when we got there it was looking at a parking lot. So my husband called the front and asked for a upgrade to a ocean view they said no problem and only charged a very small fee to do so. they sent the valet up to give us our new room keys in a very timely manner . when we got to the room it was amazing. Had a wrap around balcony that was huge with 2 sets of patio furniture. Dinner was also amazing at there restaurant . loved the fire pits and loved having the option to make smores. Best place we have ever stayed. We could not thank the staff enough for the wonderful experience.
