“Great for folks on a budget”

For families on a tight budget, this is a nice place to stay. It sits right on the beach and you have a great view of the waves from your room and in the dining area. The complimentary breakfast was nice - hot and cold cereal, danishes, bagels, fruit, juice and coffee. Yes, there was some peeling paint and some areas looked tired, but the carpet was new. The pool was beautiful and the staff was helpful. Also, several places to eat are directly across the street and/or within walking distance.

“Mediocre”

This hotel seemed run down and lifeless. However, the staff was friendly and the beach was right in front of us, so I would go again!

“Not bad for the price...”

If your looking for a cheap place to stay for a couple days, this is the place. The hotel is showing aged walls and appliances but the staff keeps it clean.

“It wasn't bad for the money but don't expect too much”

You have to consider price here and for the money( because they were running a special discount through Expedia) you get a good location on the ocean with a nice pool. But since there are so many hotels on the beach strip, you could probably find a newer, cleaner place with better services. The bar at the pool (the only one) was only open a few hours a day on weekends. There was no continental breakfast at all. They had coffee but only powdered creamer (YUCK!) I wouls do more reasearch next time and find a better place for a few dollars more.

“Needs a lot of attention”

Check in was long. They could not find my reservation at first. People had to come back to check in because the room was not ready. Breakfast bar was empty most of the time and we had to ask the front desk to restock 4 out of 8 days. Ran out of toilet paper 3 times. Towels were taken and not replaced, had to ask for more towels and was given 2 towels for 4 people. Pool area was clean. Room needed some repairs, hair dryer was missing a part exposing the blades. I have stayed here for 5 years in a row and it is the same every year. The only reason I stay here is for the price and to be next to my family who have a place in the resort next door.

“The hotel was grood for the price. I would go back”

Hotel needs to be updated. Beds were low . The mattress was very lumpy and uneven. T.V. didn't work in one of the rooms, but once we called the front desk, maintenance came right away. We received an older model , but it worked. With 3 kids and us wanting a seperate room. We would go back to the hotel due to the price.

“It was Okay”

I happened to go to this hotel during spring break time so it was busy. You have to leave a fully refundable deposit. In my case was small but some others shelled out extra if they were under 21. It took some time to check in but all was well afterward. My room was not direct view of the ocean, but the side rooms have a partial view. Pool looked awesome as well the hut tub. I was there for a car show so I did not partake. Parking was okay but a little tight. I felt a little uncomfortable about older style keys with the holes in the but no issues there. (And they do have security on site) Just don't lose that key. Room was comfortable but the bathroom was little, very little. So if you are not of average size you are going to feel a bit chlostorphobic. My bathroom was not exactly clean either. Not a 3 or 4 star so I'm not surprised. Checkout was quick and painless. If you are looking for something better than a motel but don't want to pay for higher end hotel, this is your place.

“Cheap - not clean - needs to be updated”

Overall not too too bad for the price but I would not stay there again. If you want a cheap room at the beach and can put up with a room that need cleaning then this is for you. The view was good and the Pool was OK.

“Not impressed”

I do not think it is right to charge for parking in a parking lot where you are already paying for a room. I was at the same hotel a year ago and the air conditioner in the lobby and the elevator were still broken.
