“good locations but loud kids”

Nice location in relation to other events in the city. Easy to get into and out of the parking areas. Had difficulty with two teenage football teams staying in the hotel, unable to obtain elevator services and loud all night with these teams running wild in the hotel.

“Unfriendly staff at the front desk”

This hotel has a great location, but their front desk clerks are very unfriendly and unaccommodating both at check-in and check-out.

“Sorry I stayed here”

There were NO services in this hotel. They did not even have a paper. The dinning room did not have half the stuff on the menu.I was to have a kitchenette and did not. Place was just terrible. I Would Never Go There Again

“Try another hotel”

The carpet was old and dirty plus the bathtub looked like paint had been poured into it and let dry. Way overpriced for what you get.

“Most over rated hotel I've seen”

Ice machines only worked on certain floors,room service never cleaned our room or brought coffee and fixings or towels or changed bed linen.This place reminded me of a college dorm.dirty carpet,torn walls,mildew on bathroom showers and floors,balcony door did not lock,For the money they charge to stay there there up keep on the property is totally neglected.Never seen a drink machine that only worked if u used your credit card,a total rip off.

“Not Impressed”

We were there for bike week in October, the hotel dinning area was not open for dining at noon or in the evening. You would think if the hotel was full of guests that the restaurant would be open for service. You also had to pay for parking in their lot, you would think if you were a guest that parking would be free.

“It did the job”

Hotel looked a lot nicer in the pictures than in reality. Friendly staff overall, but if you are looking for a hotel with a great restaurant/bar to go to then look somewhere else. Wait staff wasnt very knowledgeable about options, was very slow, and food was mediocre.
