“Nice Value”

The hotel staff were all very friendly and willing to help. The only relatively minor complaint would be that the hotel is close to the express way, and the road noise was a little challenging for a light sleeper.

Nice hotel ,but when I went to take a shower, it was an old used wash cloth left in the bathroom, and somebody else shoes left under the bed, I wasn't that impressed.

“The Worst Hotel Experience Ever!!”

We booked 2 non smoking rooms, and when we checked in we were give 2 smokers. "There's nothing we can do about it". The rooms, the sheets, the pillows, the towels, everything reeked. The cigarette burn marks all over the edge of the bath tub was a really nice trashy touch. Had I not been travelling with my elderly mother in law, I would have eaten my fee and left. It was truly a mistake to stay there. The hotel staff were worthless and would do nothing for me. This was without a doubt, the worst experience I have ever had
