This hotel is near the Interstate, but traffic noise was not an issue for us. Overall it is a very quiet location. It is next to several eating establishments, including Cracker Barrell, Applebees, Chili's, etc. This looks to be a fairly new hotel and is in good condition, kept clean and is very comfortable. The complimentary breakfast offered bagels, muffins, cold cereal, oatmeat, waffle batter & maker to make your own fresh breakfast, syrup and strawberries, coffee, orange & apple juice. In room: regular coffee, decaff and french vanilla (yum!) for the coffee maker. Our room was clean, comfortable and well stocked each day. We did not have the opportunity to use the swimming pool, but it looked clean. Very pleased with this hotel.

Convenient to everything, yet not in the husstle and busstle of everything.

“Worth a detour”

The Jameson Inn Daytona Ormond Beach hotel is a nice place to stay. It's location is nice, the rooms are comfortable and well furnished. The breakfast was a bit disappointing (the items being offered) though the person responsible for breakfast was extremely friendly and has a way with guests. The room was clean though it had not been cleaned extremely thoroughly. there were papers behind the bed-stand, food behind the TV. When I noticed this I looked a bit more and noticed that the cleaning was not thorough at all. This would not keep me from staying at this hotel in the future as it is a very nice place and as the staff is very friendly.

“Great for the Race”

We spent four nights. We were out all day and mainly wanted a comfortable, clean place to shower and sleep. Our room--two standard beds--was fine for two people. It would have been too cramped for four. The hotel is off the main highway enough that we could not hear traffic. The complimentary breakfast did not offer yogurt or hot items (except for waffles), but the hotel adjoins a Cracker Barrel and is within walking distance of a McDonald's. We would stay there again when in town.

Nice hotel ,but when I went to take a shower, it was an old used wash cloth left in the bathroom, and somebody else shoes left under the bed, I wasn't that impressed.
