“Clean Towels????”

Rooms were old but clean when we arrived . . expected clean towels and sheets at some point during our 5 day stay and never received them until we found a linen closet that was unlocked and got them ourselves. Housekeeping kindly left us an envelope for a tip . . her tip of the day should be "try cleaning". The office was closed by 10 pm each day and we didn't get back from the parks until that. Everyday we kept thinking we would come back to a clean room . . no luck. Windows were so dirty that you couldn't see the ocean. it is great location to the beach and pool was okay but everything else needs updated.

“Great stay for the price”

Pros: Great service, clean rooms, great location, nice pool, good view, beach wasn't crowded (even during spring break) Cons: Windows seriously need replaced, balcony and pool furniture needs replaced as well. We were very skeptical of this place based on the reviews posted by other people, but we just couldn't beat the price, anywhere. we were very pleased to find that none of the negative reviews held true for our stay. The hotel was clean and in a great location. The staff was very friendly and we didn't have any issues during our 9day stay. A couple issue were that one of the windows in the room was cracked and had been taped up which obstructed the view of the ocean which was a little depressing but not a big deal. Also, would have been nice if the balcony and pool furniture was replaced because it was definitely needed. Overall, though, it was a great stay and we would definitely stay again the next time we travel there.

“Great location”

Hotel was right on the beach which was great but other than the location it can be rated as an ok hotel. The upkeep (inside and out) is in need of serious attention. If you're not out of the room by 10:30am housekeeping skips your room for the day and doesn't bother with clean towels or anything. The water was really hard to regulate in the bathroom and by the time you're finished with a shower you're standing in water up to your knees because it takes forever to drain. There was an odor to the room and we had to purchase air fresheners for our stay but we didn't go to FL to sit in a hotel room so if you're just looking for a place to sleep that is really reasonably priced and you can overlook things then this hotel isn't that bad.

“You get what you pay for? Not in this case !”

Do Not stay here! I thought the 3.1 it would be ok...It's not. Did not feel safe. When we left the room we took out bags each time, that was a pain....We were going on a cruise the next day, and could not risk anything. The shower had MOLD all over the walls.

“Wonderful place”

For the price we payed we couldn't have been happier. Don't expect a super new room. The room was clean but old. Its really all you need when you want to spend the day on the beach. We had an ocean front room. Totally worth it. I would totally recomend this place, my husband and I are going back next year!

“I'll be back”

Great view of the ocean, sunrise was beautiful to watch! The hotel doesn't have an elevator and room was on the third floor. Will make reservations further in advance to have a room on a lower floor (knee problems made the stairs a bit difficult).

“CC charges not approved by me..”

I would stay away from this hotel. Although the ocean view is gorgeous and we had fun on the beach, this place was filthy, no towels, riff raff hanging around asking if they could swim with us (drunks); then I get home from my vacation 2 weeks later to find the hotel itself charged another 10 bucks onto my card. Had to sign in down the street at another hotel, the guy behind the desk asked me for my cc, I asked if there would be any charges, he said no, that it was paid for alread and that my card was to only be used for verification that I paid via expedia... blah... do not stay!! Stay along this beach but not here...
