“Read my review”
Good, but not enough hot water. They clean the room "Only" on the fourth day! You have to ask for clean towels and plastic garbage bags.
“Beautiful room; great location; friendly staff!!!”
We were impressed with this hotel from the moment we stepped inside the doors. The staff was very friendly and helpful. My husband and I and our teenage daughter stayed in a one room suite with a sofa sleeper. The room was very nice and clean. Our bed was very comfortable; we slept well every night. The sofa sleeper had a thin mattress and was not the comfiest, but what sofa sleeper is? My daughter still slept fairly well on it. The small kitchen had everything we needed for our stay. We bought a few groceries at the beginning of our stay so we could eat breakfast and have our coffee in the morning, and we even made a couple of lunches throughout the week. The pools and hot tubs were nice - we even went down the water slide a couple of times. We went to Daytona to visit our son and daughter-in-law, and we will definitely stay at this hotel again next time we go to Daytona.
“Nice place...great room”
Ool deck could use some work but overall the place was great.
“Impressive Deal”
the accommodations were excellent - and so was the price :-) - Expedia was very helpful in facilitating my stay!
“Avoid! The worst hotel I have seen!”
The hotel is dirty, old, and stinky. Needs refurbishing badly. Signs of wear everywhere in the room, shower drain clogged, tissue box holder broken, rust and mold everywhere in the bathrooms. Carpets stink and just spayed over with layers of refresheners to cover the smell. Hotel has the most unpleasant stuff I have seen, don't expect a smile or any kind of assistance. Check-in time is 4pm and check out is 10 am. We stayed off season and they would not check me in 30 min earlier and would not provide any extra minute for late checkout. Will never come back there again!
“Last minute need”
Needed a room during off season while visiting family - surprised with a 2 BR suite for the price of a single. Great rate. Some age showing in rooms - but excellent condition overall.
“Daytona Holiday”
Very pleased with hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Could have had coffee available way before 9:00 am. Need a recliner in room. Other than that we liked the Regency very much.
“was renovating when we were there”
The room was great with the exception of a lot of wind noise, new weatherstripping around the door would be great. aslo they were upgrading the hotel while we were there. Rooms were freshly painted and looked good and everything worked well. I guess the outside will be painted because it was in need. The pool and spa and everything else that went with it was great, we just caught it at a time of maintaince. would stay again though.
“Great October Value”
3 day stay in October - just loved the 2 BR suite, it was really BIG and CLEAN. This hotel is located within walking distance of great restaurants and bars. In fact - my group never used our car for the full 3 days, why drive when everything is right out your door? YES - I would stay here again, not one bad word to say - however: my stay was off season and the rates were really great compared to the facilities we enjoyed.
“Good Choice”
The staff was exceptional. Very nice and helpful. Great choice for families. Pool stays open till 11:00 PM. Water slide and indoor and outdoor pool. Walking distance to attractions. It would be difficult to park your own larger truck. Tight corners in the garage.
