“A perfect stay”

I have absolutely nothing but good things to say. The staff was friendly and helpful. The building and grounds were spotless. It was peaceful and quiet. Located right on the beach with a huge pool. We walked to the grocery store, fast food, convenience store, and liquor store. I can't wait to go back next year.

“Not bad, could be much nicer with a little work”

The hotel was nice, and the location was great, but with just a little work the place could be something that I would recommend by giving 5 stars. But I will only be able to give it 2 stars based on the matinance of the hotel. It needs some TLC.

“Nice Place”

Though the sheets are only changed every few days, the place was clean and maintained. The beds were comfortable which is most important to us. Whatever we asked for they happily suppled. The laundry area was clean and soap was providd and free at the desk which is unusual. The internet service at the business center was slow whe we were there but worked. The only thing i'd suggest to the management isto install a shade or curtain in the business center windows as the glare on the computer screen and heat while working there was difficult to deal with.

“Lydia De Jesus, Daytona lovely area!”

It was very nice, clean except the rugs in the elevator, other than that it was very good.

When to go

To escape and have a wonderful moments with someone you love this is an Ideal place. Like they say in Puerto Rico, Bueno, bonito y barato, super can beat this deal! Enjoy the beach and the area.

“nice”

Would like to see plastic dishes, a pitcher for drinks and a table on the deck. Otherwise a great place to stay.

Ormond Beach is great as you are out of the main hustle and bustle, but close enough to it. Very family oriented. Most guests are older with a few young couples with kids. I felt very safe and comfortable.

“not impressed”

There were mosquitos in the room, probably because the doors open to the outside. Also they never replaced the coffee cups, had to use the same ones all weekend.

“Bad Service - Nice Hotel”

This hotel was very nice. The rooms were clean and decorated very nicely. The kitchenette was adequate, though the refrigerator did not keep the food very cold. We were very displeased with the service at this hotel though. We had put the do not disturb sign out at night. The next morning they came by to clean the room and since we had the sign up left a note saying if we wanted the room serviced to please call the front desk before noon and let them know. At 10:30 a.m. I called the front desk and told them we would still like the room serviced. They became annoyed and asked if we had signed a waiver not to have it done. I told them we had not. Then with a horrible attitude the woman told me “Well, I will let them know” and then hung up. This really did put a negative feeling on our stay. If this had not happened we would have been very pleased with the hotel and our vacation. Because of this we will probably not go back there for a repeat trip.

“Not Impressed for the money!!!!!!!!!!!!”

Hotel staff very nice. Air conditioners need an upgrade. I had to clean the filters myself. Cooling a little better after that. Bird mess packed in filter system. Will stay somewhere better next time in Daytona.

“Great Stay!”

We have stayed at this hotel for the past 24 years and have enjoyed it once again. The rooms were very clean and smelled fresh. I love the decor...very warm and inviting. Room services was great and the gal who was the housekeeper for our floor was very friendly and always willing to please. Did not have to wait on our room to be cleaned. The staff was very friendly and the elevators were working the best I think that I could remember. It is nice to see familiar families that has stayed there throughout the years. I would highly recommend this to family and friends. In fact our grown children and their families stay there when they are in the area. Thanks again for another enjoyable stay!

“Nice stay”

Our stay started out a little rough. When we checked into our ocean front room, the first thing we did was go to the balcony door to look at the ocean. When we opened the curtains we saw the glass door was cracked. This was not just a small crack, but it looked like something had crashed into the door. There were cracks from top to bottom of the glass. I was afraid to open the door, much less let our children get near it for fear of the glass falling out on us. We called the front desk and they said they could move us to an ocean view room, but there were no other ocean front rooms available. We had to downgrade our room for the first 2 nights of our stay until an ocean front became available for the last 2 nights. I am not sure if the glass door was ever fixed. Other than the hassle with having to change rooms, our stay was nice. The ocean front was much bigger and had a very nice kitchen. The ocean view only had a small refrigerator. The manager was very nice and called us to see what he could do to help make our stay better. The room was clean. The balconies seemed like they needed some work since the concrete was cracking and crumbling on them, but the hotel looked to be in good condition otherwise. Overall we would return to the hotel. The beach was nice, great service, and nice pool.
