“Just what we needed”

Perfect location for us. Right off 75, 10 minutes from UD. Good dinner at Bravo, across the street. I could stay up later than my wife and younger daughter, on my own level(upstairs), with my own tv, without keeping them awake. 10 minute drive to The Green, upscale outdoor mall, where we had a great lunch at The Pub. Target, Walmart right in the neighborhood convenient for replenishing our college student's supplies. Hot continental breakfast quick easy way to get going in the AM. Looking back, I'd have to say this place was perfect for our weekend visit to Dayton.

“I have stayed here several times for a genealogy getaway and have never been disappointed.”

This is a nice motel to stay at if your out and about most of the time. They have no inner entrances to your room. The hotel staff has always been great. I think it's a very acceptable stay for the money. They provide a nice breakfast.

“Dayton Regular”

If you want to stay in the south Dayton area this hotel is in a good location, near main roads and expressways. The hotel itself is fine, the room was very large, clean enough and the bed was comfortable. There is no ESPN on the cable, which was a drawback on a football weekend. We stayed on the ground floor, just be advised that there is no elevator to the second floor. The bathroom is very large because it is handicapped accessible, but there is very little counter space.

“1 Year Wedding Anniversary”

Very spacious, clean and comfortable. Full kitchen with a stock of dishes to boot. We loved our stay, and kept commenting on how great it would be as an apartment.

Excellent rooms. My teens didn't want to leave! Great service and friendly staff.

“"Not Impressed"”

The outside of hotel is in need of repair, wooden steps splintering, wooden trim needs scraping and painting. We had flying ants all over our room, in bathroom, on curtains,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,We told the desk this when checking out and all we got was "we'll check into this". No sorry, or compensation.........Definitely no *** three star hotel as we were told!

“good for a one night stay”

Hotel is older, room is big, bed was comfy,nice linens, but dated furnishings, bathroom looks new. Free breakfast was better than expected. That was the good stuff, we did not get our room cleaned the first day, day two someone finally came by after 3pm, we just took towels. The pool was dirty, did not look safe to swim in,deck furniture was just as bad and I'm not really sure the stairs leading to the second floor were safe. If I was staying one night, the place would be o.k., but if you have kids and are looking for a pool for a few days look elsewhere.

“Better than I expected”

I waited to the last minute make plans to visit Dayton for the 2011 Hamvention. usually places fill up early. I used Expedia to find a reasonably priced location. This was lower priced than I expected to pay due to my delayed planning. Since I only needed a place for 1 night I decided to try it. My room was a suite...complete with kitchen, dishwasher and a very large room with fireplace. Room was clean, quiet and exceeded my expectations. Recommend for short or extended stays.

“Good hotel”

The hotel was very nice. The breakfast was wonderful, plenty to choose from. It was nice to have coffee available at all times. Only thing that I did not like was that the bed was hard, but I am use to a waterbed. I would definitely recommend it to friends.
