I've stayed here before with no problem, but this time it smelled like cigarette smoke. The manager did come in and spray, but it only helped for 15 minutes. And every time we left, we'd come back to the strong cigarette smell again. It was like someone blew it under our door. Super nice management, and I'm disappointed I won't choose to stay again.

Ok but needs improvements
My trup was a quick trip to visit family. I knew i wouldnt be in my room a lot so let's start with that. My room was ok. Ibhad to put something over the pillows because they didnt look very clean. The toilet had something on the seat, maybe a spill but it didn't help i was turn off by that. The towels, i should've brought my own. The tv didn't have many channels. The room didn't have a do not disturb sign as to where i didn't want anyone coming in to clean/ turndown. The customer service was very good though. I would say improve a few things and it'll be a good hotel. It's convince to alot of things....walmart, restaurants and that sort.

Extremely disappointed upon entering my room. Had a funny smell. Bed comfort had holes in it. Tv didn’t work. Shower water was not hot. Also the website said breakfast was included witch was no food at all and just stale coffee .

I checked into the hotel at 3p . They ran the room charge on my debit card and was advised by Expedia that they were not reimburseing my bank that it was up to the hotel. When I came back from the advent I went to the man callled my room asking for my card again so I paid another 102.19 in cash, as of yet I haven’t been reimbursed the hotel said manager was on vacation and to call them back x week. So between days inn and Expedia I paid 306.for a few hours of sleep. I hope this gets resolved, quickly

Very dilapidated, dirty, room was ~80 degrees when we checked in, took a full 6 hours to cool to bearable temperature. Bathroom door had 3 inch gap at top and bottom, handle barely latched. Hallways smelled like dirty kitty litter. "Breakfast" is a complete falsehood, nothing on one morning, a couple of muffins the next. This is a completely disgusting hotel.

On their website it stated breakfast included. That was a lie. There was only juice and coffee offered. And their beds are very noisy with every move or turn you make and just not comfortable. And their pillows were not comfortable at all. Very outdated overall.

The workers were very kind! The pool seemed clean! However, the rooms weren't up to Parr at all. Dirty stained pillow cases, dirt on the bathroom door and the room door. Not impressed at all with the room. But clean pool and friendly staff was a plus! This hotel doesnt look like the pictures

Within 60 seconds of turning off the lights, a stink bug crawled up my arm. The photo of the hotel is wildly outdated, it looks nothing like it in real life. The furniture is badly outdated. Our room was over 80 degrees and stunk. A hot breakfast was listed on the reservation - NO BREAKFAST WAS OFFERED.

Arrived to check in for my stay, pulled my phone out to show the guy at the front desk that I’ve already paid and then he still made me pay $60.00 in cash as a deposit ??? The room was well organized but didn’t feel all that clean. My wife and I ended our stay early and left just an hour or so into our stay.

This hotel was advertised to include breakfast. Not only was no breakfast available, the person at the front desk said they don't do breakfast any more as if it was rude of me to ask. The bathroom had light bulb out, paint slopped on the mirror frame, shampoo only no creme rinse or liquid soap. The beds had some kind of metal frame in place of a box spring... not very comfortable. TV remote would not turn on or off the TV, had to turn on at the TV and then could use the remote to switch channels.

First room keys wouldn't work , we were changed to second room, NO toilet paper in the room, when flush the toilet it wouldn't stop running . Then the people next door fought all night long .

I liked that it was located right off the highway and the young man that checked my husband and myself in was TRULY SO NICE, KIND AND PATIENT WITH my husband who can talk for hour's to anyone if I would allow him to...... As far as the actual hotel itself was nothing as advertised and that's EXTREMELY UPSETTING AS YOU THINK THAT YOU ARE WALKING INTO A LUXURY ROOM AND I HONESTLY CAN ONLY DESCRIBE THE ROOM AS A FEW STEPS UP FROM SOMEONE WHO HAS BEEN LIVING IN THE ROOM FOR YRS THAT SMOKED AND THE WALLS WERE YELLOW AND NASTY. MY WHITE SOCKS WERE BLACK ON THE BOTTOMS FROM WALKING IN THEM. THE CHAIR THAT SAT IN THE CORNER WAS RIPPED UNDERNEATH THE BOTTOM!! THE BED WAS A KING SIZE IT WASN'T THE BEST BY 100 MILES BUT IT WASNT THE WORST! THE WORST IS AHEAD... 3 SMALL PILLOWS ON KING SIZE BED IT WAS UNCOMFORTABLE IN EVERY WAY..THE BATHROOM WAS HORRIFIC WE WERE SCARED TO TAKE A SHOWER ALTOGETHER AFTER SEEING BLOOD ON THE RAILS ON SIDE OF THE TOILET AND ONE OF THE TOWELS HANGING UP HAD BLOOD DROPS ON IT IN SEVERAL PLACES,1 OF THE WASH CLOTHES HAD WHAT LOOKED LIKE FRESH MASCARA, I DIDN'T WANT TO USE THAT RESTROOM! A PUBLIC REST ROOM WOULD HAVE BEEN CLEANER AND SAFER. I DROVE TO THE STORE AND BOUGHT CLOROX WIPES AND SPRAY CLEANER,GLOVES AND CLEANED THE SINK COUNTER AND THE TOILET AND THE 2 RAILS TO REMOVE THE BLOOD SO I COULD HAVE A BATHROOM. I WOULD SAY BY THE PICS ARE FALSE ADVERTISEMENT! THE DOOR HANDLE WAS BROKEN HAD TO HOLD IT UP TO GET IN! WE COULDN'T GET A REFUND!RUN FROM HOTEL!!!

NO BREAKFAST included. Front desk clerk was very hard to understand. Front entry light in room never worked. Cords for lights were Infront of furniture and bathroom door was wrong one for frame. Friends room stunk like smoke.

Disgusted all the way.
It was awful. The beds were full of hair. Had to get clean sheets to remake the beds the pillow were crappy. There was only a pillow and a half pillow for the beds. The blanket on the other bed was nasty and sticky feeling. We could only use sheets cover with. There was no coffee or breakfast of any kind. The toilet in the bathroom moved around had to be extra careful when sitting down cause it moves.

First when we checked in they gave us envelope and keys to room 223. We went up to room (we were carrying my oxygen) and keys did not work. Wife went back to desk and they reprogrammed keys...did not work. Went again and staff came up and used their key...someone already in room. Room SHOULD have been 233. Could have got us killed if person was in room!. NO breakfast, only had coffee machine on. Rooms are OK. Clean. Comfortable bed. NO blow dryer on wall (holder there but no dryer). Only shampoo no lotion or anything. Worst Wyndham location we have ever stayed.

The rooms smelled. Bed was uncomfortable very lumpy dirty sheets with cigarette burns. The pillows if that is what you want to call them was nothing more than a couch pillow with hardly any stuffing inside. Supposedly had breakfast which consisted of orange juice and coffee and tea. Nothing to eat. My tv controller looked like a dog chewed it to pieces. It was nasty and I’m pissed that I spent money at that nasty hotel

Rooms were dirty and smelly. Asked to be moved to different room and was told they couldn't because we booked on line. Holes in sheets and comforter. The hallways also smelled like an ashtray.
