The hotel was convieniently located and there was plenty of food and shopping available. However our room was at the end of the building and close to main st. so there was a lot of traffic noise. Also it was not as clean as we would have liked including an old bbq laying outside our window...but overall I would still reccomend. Good staff and the breakfast was very good.

The staff was friendly, but the property appeared old and was not maintained that well. The sheets looked dirty with hair found on both of the fitted sheets and on the top of both comforters. The pool needed remodeling. There were multiple metal objects around the pool deck that were rusty. Powdered rust dust surrounded these objects. The area immediately surrounding the hotel has a motel 6, Waffle House, McDonald’s, and there were 2 different beggars outside. Overall, not worth the $170 I paid for the night at all.

We arrived on a Friday evening to a room that smelled like wet dog. When we asked for a new room we were told “That room isn’t a dog room and nothing else is available.” We went back to the room to clean the AC filter where we found dog hair coating the filter. We washed the filter and pulled the blankets back to find a used tissue. We went back to the front desk to get new sheets. This time we were offered a new room. The new room was clean. During the night, we smelled the strong scent of marijuana in a non smoking hotel. The next night was great with no complaints. We likely will not stay here again.

They required me to make a deposit of $150 when I checked in on my credit card. They said this was to cover possible damage to the room. They said that they would issue a refund to my card that could take up to two weeks to post to my card.

I've stayed here a few times ( 3 or 3 times) before and it was fine for a budget hotel. But this time they must be under new management. The lobby and hallways REEKED of mildew and mothballs. The smell hits you like a ton of bricks when you walk in. I almost checked out but I was only there for 2 nights and the rooms didn't smell so bad. The pool is super small. More like a kiddy pool. You definitely couldn't swim laps. AGAIN, I can't stress this enough, the lobby reeked of mildew and moth balls. The evening front desk staff was not friendly and the "free wifi" didn't work. For $130 a night It shouldn't smell like your grandma's basement. I plan on writing a letter to corporate.

I booked through a third party I called the hotel and told them I made a mistake they would not cancel my reservation they said I had to call the third party I called the third party and they said to call the hotel therefore the hotel took my money and left a terrible taste in my mouth! I stayed at another location for a week why I was in the Dayton area the one on Miller Lane the staff was great I've stayed there before sadly I'm attending a wedding in October close to this property and I would have booked at that hotel that I did make a mistake at meaning this one but since they were so uncooperated with my mistake that I made when I picked the wrong location to extend my stay by one day they were more worried about taking my $1$60 then customer service satisfaction therefore I will not recommend this property and I will not stay that this property it left a cloud over the whole hotel chain maybe they should reevaluate their procedures! I thought they were very rude to me on the phone when I realized I made the mistake but they would not do anything about it they pointed out that it was my mistake so my mistake their game sad!
