“Excellent, value for money location”

Beware the one-off cleaning fee of $65. I didn't notice it immediately. As we stayed six nights, it wasn't a problem but could make a single night an expensive booking. Other than that, we had a great time at the resort. Our condo had three very comfortable bedrooms (one en suite), a dining area, large well equipped kitchen, lounge area with balcony off, house bathroom. We were located right next to one of the three pool areas which also had a 'beach' and a pier that extended into Lake Davenport. I would happily recommend anyone coming to Orlando for a one week or two week holiday to consider Bahama Bay Resort. You'll need a car but it's handy for all the theme parks.

“no way would i go back.....! NOT IMPRESSED”

1/ WE DID NOT GET WHAT WE PAYD FOR........!!!! 2/ IT WAS NOT CLEAN BEDS DID NOT LOOK CLEAN . WE AT WASH THE SHEETS BEFOUR WE COULD SLEEP IN THE BEDS. 3/ ONLY ONE BEDROOM HAD A TV IN IT. 4/ ONLY 3 POTS TO COOK WITH PLUS THE HANDS WERE LOSE. THE TOASTER DID NOT WORK. THAY GOT A NEW ONE AFTER A WEEK. 5/ THE 2 SOFAS WERE NOT VERY CLEAN... I COULD GO ON AND ON ABOUT THINGS THERE BUT IT S MAKING ME SO MAD........! WE SO SO GLADE TO BE HOME. ITS THE WORSE PLACE I HAVE EVER STADE AT

“Disgusting old room with gross carpeting - dirty and ripped.”

I have stayed at Bahama Bay previously without issues. The last apartment I stayed at smelled of wet carpeting and the carpet was old and disgusting. I will never stay there again.

“Wondwefull Resort”

Bahama Bay Resort is the best. We were greated by a friendly security officer at the gate; he helped us feel welcome and safe. Check in was fast and the suite was just as nice as the last three times we stayed there. Twelve foot celing, screened porch, full size kitched (just add food), washer and dryer, very nice bedrooms, dining room, and living room. We had two bedrooms with two full bathrooms. The whole place was spotless. The grouns were fantastic. Pools were clean and not crowded. We walked around the nature ponds, the area was very interesting. There was a dock at Lake Davenport near one of the pools. We had a great time and will always go there when visiting our mom. When you go to Orlando area look for Lake Louisa State Park on RT 27 about 5 miles N od RT 182. White sand beach on clean cypress lake all to ourselves (pack a beach towel).

“Nice resort”

Had a pleasant stay at Bahama Bay. Away from busy areas but close enough to drive to. Short drive to Disney. Several pools available so they are not over crowded. We got a 3 bedroom unit and it was really nice. Had everything we needed. Walmart close by. Wi-fi within the unit loses connectivity from time to time but is better at the club house. Leo at the front desk was very helpful. Place is well maintained. For people considering the place, just be aware of the cleaning fee $65 and resort fee $5.95 per day so there are no surprises when you arrive. Great place overall and would recommend this place.

“Florida's best retreat from the Parks, Can't wait to return next year !”

The Resort is amazing! We have done Villa Stays before when visiting Florida from the UK This time we thought we'd try something a little different and we are so glad we did. The resort itself is just 5 minutes off the 192 in the beautiful quiet location of Lake Davenport. It’s only a 45 minute drive from the airport It is only a 10/15 minute drive to Disney World and 20/30 minute drive to Universal Parks All depending on traffic. The 192 itself is full of Restaurants’ from quick eat in’s to full sit down table service, an amazing choice of food & gift shops even crazy golf. All within 5 minutes of the complex so easy to have breakfast on the way out and perfect to stop for dinner on the way home. Our Condo was beautiful all the Luxury of previous Villa's it had 3 huge bedroom's, a queen, king & twin, the 5 of us were very comfortable, a lounge, kitchen Dinner & Washing room everything & more you need when doing a Florida Holiday, also having 4 pools’s to choose from we felt spoilt. A beautiful Poolside bar and it’s own private quiet beach for the quiet afternoons we had off from parks, along with it’s own fishing dock & nature walk also for the evenings we retuned early'ish, The kids could unwind in the biggest pool located at the clubhouse with 2 Spa’s, a Fitness room and clubhouse bar serving food until late depending on time off year. I would highly recommend this resort and would go back tomorrow but will have to wait till next year. Excellent Value for Money !!

I recommend this hotel 100%. Fast check in and fast check out. Big rooms and very confortable. 3 minutes to Walmart and 20 minutes to the Magic Kingdom. Short driving distance to a lot of restaurants.

“Good resort”

I like it very much. My whole family does. But the carpet is not clean and towels have some hairs on them. I wondered why they charge a high clean fee and wouldn't clean it well. BTW, no housekeeping during stay no matter how long you are there. I don't like this.
