The stay was simple enough. However, we could easily hear the family next door. We also went to the included breakfast before checkout and it was very limited. The juice and milk had gone bad. Room was clean, but sleeping was a little difficult due to the bed squeaking for even light movement. It wasn't great, but it worked well enough

The staff was great. The bed is very hard and hurt my back. I am disappointed because on the site it said it was full breakfast buffet and instead it was continental breakfast. They should be honest with what will be provided.

If you show up before check in (3pm) you get charged $35. Pros rooms aren’t carpeted Hotel is conveniently located near 7-11, highway, shopping. Bed is comfortable Price is cheap Cons Filthy! Mirror was absolutely disgusting, looked like some blood splatter on mirror and walls Run down, needs a good paint job. Walls are paper thin, the couple next door were up until 2am and I could hear the whole conversation

Quality property in Danbury area
This was my first Quality Inn in a while, and I was pleasantly surprised. This property was clean, fairly updated, comfortable, and the room was spacious. I really liked the finishes in the room itself, there was plenty of lighting and outlets, and nice sitting furniture as well as the bed. My only issue with the room was that the shower is a little tired and needs updating, but otherwise it was a great value.

Good value for my needs
I'm not super picky, so I thought the place was fine, especially for around $100. I'm sensitive to smoke smell, and I didn't notice it like some other reviewers. My room was clean and the bed was comfortable; weirdly, the floor is not carpeted but the Pergo (laminate flooring) was okay. They had no tea bags at breakfast, but I remembered there were 2 in my room so I used one of those; I was there 4 days earlier than the person that complained in their review about no tea on Dec 14, so I don't understand why management wouldn't at least run out to a nearby convenience store and pick up some tea bags to avoid a negative comment. They have a hot waffle maker at the breakfast bar, so that was good enough for me. The pool was clean and was about 25-30 feet long, not "laughably small" like another reviewer said; the water was, for me, a perfect temperature. Also, it was available to swim in both in the evening after dinner and early morning after breakfast. The Applebees across the street gives a 10% discount for showing your room key. The one thing that was a problem was that I had an extra door to an adjoining room, and there was a loud person who had someone else in their room at first and, at 2-3 in the morning, woke me up from their talking on the phone; I would suggest they insulate better between the doors of rooms like these; I'm guessing it was okay when the rooms were (I assume once) carpeted, but sound travels really well along Pergo floors!

Convenient to the Danbury highways
The bed is too high! Short people have to climb into (onto?) the bed. They should pay more attention to the breakfast area: the juice pitchers need cleaning; they don’t have decaf coffee or any tea at all; the shampoo container is way too small for two people to wash their hair. Thanks for the safety bar in the tub, and the mat. The Applebees across the street gives a discount if you show them your room key.

The stench in the hallways was so pungent that we had to hold our breath and speed to the exits or our room. Thankfully our room didn't stink. The gym (three pieces of equipment) was so filthy we didn’t dare work out. The carpets in the hallways needed to be vacuumed. The room was clean. The person at the desk was ok.

We were so excited to stay here because from the pictures it looked so beautiful, and it would have been if it was cleaner! Its a very nice place just Needs better housekeeping! Dirty bath mat and stained sheets. The pool was lovely but needed a cleaning since there was a lot of debis and hair floating about. We let the front desk know about the holes in the wall in our room and the dirty bath mat and let them know we did not want to be charged for incidentalls,so definitely make sure you take pictures and show them your room so they dont think you did it! They didnt seem to care,and that saddened us. Again,looks like it couod be a very nice place,but just desperately needs cleaning! The pool water was so warm and wr loked the colorful flashong lights,just grossed out by all the yuck in the pool! Clean it up please and maintain it better and itll be a Nice place to stay!!

I do not frequently write reviews and have spent in other hotels in this company's chain, and always felt relatively satisfied with the benefit-cost ratio however, I felt compelled to write this given how much the Quality Inn in Danbury had the temerity to charge my family for a 1 night stay. Based on cost:amenity ratio, this is the worst hotel my family has experienced in the United States. For a total of $485 we were given a basement level room in which there was an awful smell, a wheelchair accessible shower that was not requested, a cheap television with no channel guide and a remote that was sealed with white packing tape, unreliable wifi and a pool so small we joined with multiple guests in laughing at its inadequacy- for the price. I do not expect to hear back, I know how this works- I do feel slightly better for having submitted this review.

There was a problem at check in time because they did not find my reservation which I did through Expedia, but they mention that was a problem with the system hotel-Expedia and they fix it next day; Front desk people very helpful, friendly and willing to help me all the time; I will definitely come back again and again

It's fine for the rate. Just don't like that it's supposed to be non-smoking but it reeks of cigarettes as soon as you walk in and in the hallway. It was easy to check in.
