“Las Colinas Dallas”

I could not ask for more! Well I could but you get the picture. Breakfast was more than ocntinental, the orange juice was great. The evening snacks were a nice treat. My room was well kept and I did not have to constantly watch to see if my towels were clean. I will stay there again!! Awesome service. One thing. Setting the silly clock was an engineering task!

Getting around

Get a GPS enabled phone. It will help but may be outdated as Dalls has got buckwild with building new highways.

Dining

Ok you absolutely must eat at the Caribbean Grill! The buffet is well stacked and talk about reasonable price! Food is great! Then you can check Shakeys for more authentic food.

Nightlife

Don't much, but check out Tropics, Caribbean Grill and Shakeys; they are the hip-hop and reggae hotspot

“Extremely satisfied!”

This is an awesome upper middle range hotel for those who are looking to stay in Irving area.... I was one hundred percent happy with my stay over there.. Everything was great..High speed internet, amazing breakfast, very courteous and polite staff.... Would surely stay again and strongly recommend to others...

“will stay again!”

We have stayed at this hotel before and will stay again. The only trouble we had was with the remote control for the TV. We will bring batteries for it the next time....Coffee in the room is excellent (usually you make a small pot and cannot drink it so you go to the lobby for coffee). The lobby coffee is available 24 hrs!! We certainly enjoy this hotel and it is close to my daughter and grandson!

“Excellent hotel.”

This hotel provided a safe clean environment for my stay. The staff was nice and the breakfast was just right. I have had great success staying at Wingate hotels and this one was no exception. Rooms were very clean and comfortable.

“Horrible Service!!! Dirty Room!!!”

The room was disgusting! There was hair all over and a used wash cloth on the shower rod. We requested a wake up call. They never called! We told them that our smoke alarm needed new batteries it kept going off sporatically. They told us they would take care of it. They didn't, it went off at 5 AM. We took the batteries out and it still kept going off. I called and they told me there was nothing they could do they were at the front desk alone. They told me to put it in the hallway.

“Not a bad Place to stay”

It was good.. and not good too. The Air Conditioner did not work when we checked in. The guy at the desk that day was not that great. But overall.. it was a good experience as they kept the room clean and tidy. It is more of a good place for a junket.

“Very Impressed ... Stayed within Budget!”

The hotel was great. Complimentary breakfast, wifi, internet ... etc. The staff were very friendly. The rooms were clean and spacious! It was a great place away from home. If you want to rent a car, they have an onsite car rental inside the hotel! You can't beat that! Whether you're on a budget or not, this is a great place to stay.
