“It's great! I will always stay there.”
Was in town for the Bears-Comboys game. If you like being well treated this hotel will be a treat.
“Way nicer than what expected”
Very nice hotel. Great service and the gold package was very nice. The wife is looking for a reason to go back.
“Loved it, Loved it, Loved it!”
It was a very classy hotel. The surroundings were beautiful. The gift shop had everything that I needed. Very nice hotel.
“1911”
Beautiful hotel, professional staff and attention to detail that you just don't see anymore. My only complaint has to do with other patrons who were milling around in the hallways yelling and laughing at 1am on a weeknight, but that's not the fault of the hotel.
“Best Hotel for Dallas Arts District”
The Fairmont is distinquished in service and character and is virtually steps from the almost completed Dallas Arts District . My room was very accomodating in every respect. The broken light fixture in the bath was repaired before I retired my first evening. Starbucks at street level was just the touch I needed in the mornings. Looking out at the vast area around the hotel, one sees numerous middle to very high end eateries and local attractions. I was visiting for the opening of the new "Red" Dallas Opera House located just four minutes from my 10th floor room and in the center of one of the largest Arts Districts ever built in the USA. With two towers, that wedding party of 300plus, during my recent visit, didnot make the antiqued ladden lobby seem packed at all. I would reccommend this hotel to those who like " quality" in all aspects of a hotel visit.
“Very nice hotel”
Very nice hotel. Wish it was a bit closer to the West End so we could walk there instead of driving (didn't feel comfortable walking at night).
“Very Nice”
no problems, big work out room with weights
“A weekend away”
I booked the room for a weekend night away with the wife, in the area we wanted to be in Dallas. With the Dallas Museum of Art next door, the Aquarium a block away, and the West End two blocks away, it couldn't be beat. The price I got on a Saturday night stay in a one bedroom suite was unbelievable, corner suite on the 23rd of 24 floors. The staff was excellent, helpful, friendly. Anyone who has a problem with this hotel is extremely hard to please and will probably gripe no matter where they stay. We loved it and will be returning. It was what the doctor ordered.
“Great hotel in the middle of everything...treated like royalty!!”
We stayed here during the OU/Texans game and the city was just swarming with people. The hotel staff was great and treated us like we were the only guests in the hotel considering every hotel in the city was booked. We must have asked the concierge 100 questions about where to eat, dance, etc. and he never acted put off and was so enthusiastic. The staff was right there every minute asking you what you needed and always willing to help. Highly recommend this hotel!!
