“Right on "Restaurant Row" - food choices galore!”

The only detraction was access to all rooms was outside with outside stairways and no elevator. That made getting heavy luggage and boxes up to the second floor rooms interesting. Hotel was within walking distance of many restaurants and within 2 miles of probably 30 additional places to eat. Right off "Restaurant Row" in Addison. A food lover's dream! Room was clean and reasonably appointed. WiFi worked first try and re-connected each time I accessed the internet. Heating unit was efficient and very quiet! Plenty of table space and floor space so as not to seem crowded. Lovely local neighborhood for walking or jogging. I would definitely stay there again.

“Not bad for the money”

This was a quick pick for a trip to the Dallas area. Area was not bad just watch out on Friday and Saturday nights as there is a club across from the hotel. The clock radio did not tell time at all. My only major complaint on this hotel was the faint smell of urine in the room. Not sure where is came from but it was enough to make me go to the local area supermarket and pick up some air freshener. All in all, its a decent place to rest your head after a day of traveling.

“Quite and Safe”

It is a ordinary hotel, but it was Quite, Safe and in good location. The staff were friendly too.

It's an older motel that still has it's original "charm" ie: it's had some cosmetic work done to cover the cracks, but hasn't gone under the knife as yet. It served my needs of somewhere to stay for 5 nights at a good price. If you have a car, the location is of no issue, but you can certainly walk to a grocery store, Target and many MANY restaurants easily in 15 mins. There are 2 bus lines very close (one stops right outside) which will take you to the train station and then into Dallas Metroplex. Front desk staff were very helpful with requests and housekeeping were lovely. Guest laundry whilst small and old worked fine. Pool, ice and vending machines all on site. Free WiFi.

“No frills economy hotel”

If you are looking for a clean place to rest your head, you found it! Clean room, old furniture, tube TV, decent size room. This is your place if you are traveling on a very tight budget.

It was pretty run down and a little scary.

Please stay away from this hotel. If you want to have cockroaches in your room stay here. Garbage all over the parking lot too.

“Aaaawesome”

The hotel is near everything!!!. There is tons to do in the area. The mall is 5 minutes away. The restaurants are great and the staff is nice and very accommodating.
