“Okay”

The hotel was okay but had things that were not repaired. The people were wonderful and very helpful.

Sun Suites of Plano offers bargain-priced extended stay accommodations. Very convenient location on Hwy 75, minutes north of Plano Parkway, with easy access to Dallas.

“Nice and cheap”

If you're looking a nice a cheap place to stay Sun Suites of Plano is the place.

“Good for single or couple”

There was only one bed for 3 people. The headboard came off the wall. The bed was very hard and kept slipping off the frame. The front office person was very nice. The room was clean but could use some paint. Would have been fine for one person or couple.

“A good place to lay your head.”

After we checked in (like clock work) my wife wanted to iron her dress.I called the front desk and in about ten minutes the iron was at our front door. This is not a fancy place to stay but a good place to get a good bath and a good nights rest.

“Not impressed”

Quality of Sun Suites definitely not up to standards of other, comparable facilities I've visited in the last month. A huge disappointment. Person behind the desk really tries, but the overall service was lacking. Motel does not regularly clean rooms or replace towels. In addition, elevator didn't work the whole time I was there. Not good for a person with back trouble assigned to the 3rd floor.

“With so many choices, I'd look elsewhere”

The rooms are called "suites" but that's pushing it. The "kitchen" didn't include anything so no reason to have anything other than a sink and small fridge. The walls are paper thin so if you need a good night's sleep or have young children that go to bed early, good luck. The beds were small and the pillows were tiny and no extra pillows or bedding supplied. The one complimentary cleaning we were given didn't even happen.

“Not impressed”

well, only need to one bowl or frying pan in the kitchen. we did not use microwave.

“Limited service”

The only negative is the hotel is an extended stay and they do not service the rooms daily. They only service the room once a week. But, overall it is a nice hotel and I would have like our rooms to be serviced daily.

“Itchy Bed Hotel! :(”

The Bed was very itchy and room smelt like urine!!
