“Good location... how do we get there?”

Good location but I did get a little lost heading back from dinner. You could walk to some attractions but not many. Public transit is convenient. The staff were pretty friendly. Pets are allowed with conditions. We really enjoyed our stay here.

“Very satisfied.”

This hotel met my expectations and was very comfortable. I was a little surprised at how there was really nothing around the hotel within any walking distance. I had a tough time finding a good place to get some food. Ordered room service one night and it was good. Room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Seemed a little dumb to separate the room into a "suite". I would have rather that they just kept it open as there wasn't any room in the bedroom since the bed took up the whole thing. Conveniently located right off 35-E. The area to the south of the hotel seemed a little bit shady.

“Great Hotel”

Stayed here many times due to the proximity to the Infomart. Always consistently clean and comfortable. Rooms are nice and quiet, it never feels like I can hear other guests at all, though traffic noise from the freeway always prevents me from sleeping in late when I've had a late night of work.

“Comfortable base just outside Dallas' downtown”

Nice and comfortable base just outside downtown Dallas. The all-suites concept is great, it really makes you want to spend more time in your room. Clean room, nothing worn or dated. Breakfast buffet was reasonable but in no way above average. Staff were courteous and helpful. All around pleasant experience

“Awful service”

During my stay the room was only partially cleaned each day. The restaurant service was horrendous. The hotel was clearly understaffed even though there was a major convention going on right across the street. The lounge was an even worse experience even though the place was packed, they had one bartender who seemed to disappear for 20 minute intervals leaving customers highly under served. The room which is called the "King Suite" was extremely cramped and equivalent to a tiny motel room. Would not recommend this hotel.

“Very Comfortable Beds”

The first time I stayed in this hotel (about six weeks ago), the room was great, the view was great and the customer service was very nice. I requested the same view but was given a different view and it was "ok", the bathtub drained very slow (water ankle high during a shower) and no response to fix it when requested. (stayed 3 nights). Otherwise my visit was ok.

“Friendly Hotel Gem in Dallas- good for dieters!”

WOW! If you want to feel right at home this Hotel has it all! gym, pool. More importantly a microwave and fridge right in your room; Super for people on a special diet. Large bathroom sink for washing your plastic containers! The best is a hot water maker for tea where the water comes out actually hot and doesn't taste like the inside of a coffee maker. Even better is the great staff and a free shuttle service to take you anywhere including the post office to mail those post cards; which by the way are available for purchase at the little "hotel store". I had a great stay. I recommend this hotel for 'home quality' good sleep and comfort!
