“Perfect Weekend”
Concierge was the best! She referred us to a great restaurant, excellent shopping areas that fit what we wanted to do that day and helped arrange transportation - all with such consideration and warmth. Delightful experience. And the dinner at the restaurant was excellent!! Service was perfect - I could go on and on. We'll be back many times!!
“Very impresssed.”
Very quiet but central location in Dallas and very friendly and helpful staff. Will stay again
“The Mansion - A Great Reputation... Well Deserved....”
The Mansion - A Great Reputation... Well Deserved.... Near perfect in EVERY way... Although the hotel is a little worn around the edges, overall it is outstanding. Small touches at every turn and service that every other hotel can only aspire to.... If you have to go to the Dallas area (not my favorite...), stay at The Mansion. It's an oasis in a desert and will make your trip memorable.
“Great Service”
Service was the best. Rooms were really comfortable & clean.
“Excellent Experience...”
I can not say enough about how friendly the staff was and how spacious my room was. We had an excellent stay and I will definitely go back anytime I am in the Dallas area.
“Beautiful beautiful hotel.”
love Love LOVED it! Beautiful hotel. Felt like we were under taken great care of.
“Can't wait to go back”
Awesome hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful. Beautiful hotel in uptown Dallas. Highly recommend a stay at The Mansion on Turtle Creek. Well deserved of the five star rating.
“One of the best”
Very happy with the hotel and staff. Even more happy with the Expedia price. Will stay there anytime if that's what kind of price can be dealt our way. Fabulous.
“Extravagant and rewarding”
Centrally located near downtown, this hotel is truly one of the fine ways to reward yourself with luxury. Excellent staff from the valets to the concierge are all polite and helpful. Despite the location, the hotel and nearby street is very quiet. The rooms are all good, but not exceedingly better than what you might find in cheaper hotels. The TV is tiny and the DVD players are cut rate, but the shower and bed are terrific.
“Lost Items Policy”
I left some items in our room. I have never done this before. The staff was VERY helpful in finding them in the nightstand next to the bed. I was a bit surprised that the hotel charged FED X rates to return them-I have not received the bill yet, but I suspect it will be pricey. My husband and I are in the hospitality business and never charge for return of items, unless of course, it is big item (computer, eg.). It seems a little tacky to charge for return of a small box of items when this is the "nicest hotel in Texas." (according to your literature). It would be my recommendation that you offer free return via low cost method. If guests chose to have items returned via overnight service, THEN they should bed charged.
