“Very, very nice”

I arrived early but was given a room with no problem; the room was spacious and very comfortable, the view was great, the internet was fast, and the food (both restaurant and room service) was delicious!

“Good, clean accommodations, Great location!”

Room was clean and comfortable. Beds had adjustable mattress firmness (personally did not find useful). Location is within 2 block walk of Dallas Area Rapid Transit station($3 round-trip to West End restaurants, 6th floor book repository - JFK memorial museum), Cafe Express, local pub, and Angelika Movie Theater. Easy access to freeway.

“Great value, very accomodating”

I was visiting my daughter at SMU. Unexpected snow came in that week-end and I had to extend my stay by one night. Hotel staff were very helpful and accomodating.

“Great place to stay near SMU”

Very near SMU. Quite, clean. If possible, pay the few extra dollars with the expedia package for the breakfast buffet--was less expensive that going to McDonald's or another fast food place.

“great experience at the radisson”

hotel was beautiful, great location, definitely satisfied! the price was way below average due to expedia (i called to see how much it would be to book through the hotel and it was twice the price. i booked the same day as check in on expedia and got a killer deal) they had a sleep number bed which was extremely comfortable. i will be back :)

“Excellent value and effecient front desk workers. Great location for SMU visit.”

This is not the hotel for someone desiring a four and five star experience but the value for the near Park Cities area is unbeatable. Very comfortable and clean bedding, everything in working condition, excellent check-in and check-out experience, decent free parking, friendly and competent staff, and a full service restaurant if needed far overshadowed a somewhat dated appearance and the absence of free coffee in the lobby. (Free make-it-yourself coffee is in the rooms.) I've stayed here twice in the last four months, and unless I need more than a good night's sleep, I'll stay here every time. Free internet.

“It was a good hotel for a business traveler”

Very clean. Location was key for me. Staff was very friendly. The bed was a little average.

“Radisson with firm beds”

Our stay at this hotel was satisfactory. The bed was firm, we had free wireless internet and the bathroom was clean. The only drawback was housekeeping knocking on the door every 30 minutes while I was resting even after being told once that I was in the room. Maybe the reception desk could provide housekeeping with a list of room numbers where guests have requested to check out late so that housekeeping does not disturb these guests every 30 minutes. The bed was firm; however, the remote that came with did not work at all.

“We appreciated the shuttle most of all”

The only thing I didn't like about it was they only had a breakfast buffet. You could not order just toast and coffee unless you had it sent to your room. Everything else was great. The shuttle was extra nice. It saved our getting the car out at night in a strange place.

“convenient”

This hotel was easy to find and in a good location. The food was good. This was a business trip. The only real downside was a lack of a table and chair in the room. Internet service was provided in my room so I expected some place to work using my laptop.
