“EXCELLENT Location”

A bit older, but still nice. Beautiful area. We could walk to dining and shopping. Comfortable bed. A bit of mold around the bath tub, other than that very clean. Easy check in/out. Would stay again.

“Would stay here again”

I was very surprised with the customer service of this hotel! They were very sweet. The hotel is a little old but it is well worth the price! I would definitely stay there again.

“Excellent Value”

Well located just off the I-20, friendly efficient staff, complimentary breakfast had a good choice including eggs, waffles and fresh fruit. Great location for both Dallas and Fort Worth, plus great shopping at the nearby Parks Mall.

“Clean room”

The hotel was older, but they had done as well as they could with what they had. The room was clean, the staff friendly, and the breakfast good.

“Quality Inn vs Waldorf Astoria”

Most would say Quality Inn is NOT the Waldorf Astoria. Of course it isn't. The Waldorf is in New York and this thing is in Arlington. The Waldorf has a breathtaking lobby. This one is okay, but sure doesn't have the chandeliers. However, when I stayed at the Waldorf for a week, I had a huge cold wet spot in the carpet that never went away. I never figured out what it was and the hotel never got it fixed. And the tub didn't drain. And if you're not used to Manhatten middle of the night noises, it was incredibly noisy. The Waldorf does not feed you breakfast At Quality Inn, it was a little noisy in the afternoons once or twice (I work nights and sleep days). But once I got to sleep, nothing woke me up. I didn't have any cold wet spots in the floor and the tub drained. Breakfast was good. My only "druther" would have been scrambled eggs instead of hard boiled. But they had sausage and Texas shaped waffles and plenty of other stuff. In fact, the pillows were so comfy, that I bought two when we checked out. Want a fancy chandelier? Go to NYC. Want a decent cheap room? This is fine.

“This was our second stay”

This was our second stay at this hotel. And we will use it again when we return to Arlington. The Rooms were nice and this time we noticed they really kept sound out. There were 2 buses parked right outside running and we couldn't hear them with the door closed. The area has a nice shopping center. At the shopping center there is a theater where you can see a movie and dine at the same time.
