“A Dallas Resort!”

We traveled to Dallas for business/pleasure. We were greeted by a very helpful and friendly desk attendant... he introduced the staff that was standing nearby, the concierge, etc. Our room was amazing... the view at sunrise and sunset was nothing short of awesome! If I could attach pics I would! The setting is like a mini resort. The pool was nice, the grounds were beautiful! What stood out the most was the food.....superb! The service, second to none! I NEVER book a hotel without reading reviews. I almost booked a nearby hotel.. that didnt offer nearly as much and was only $6.00 cheaper. I'm glad I went with this hotel because for the amenities we enjoyed... I would have paid $60.00 more!!!! If we ever revisit Dallas we're staying here! I would recommend this hotel absolutely!

“I'd stay here again, for sure...”

My husband and I stayed here for a weekend. Our room (Mandalay Suite) was very nice and spacious. As another reviewer mentioned, ask for a suite that overlooks the lake, otherwise you'll overlook the parking lot. All the staff were very nice, including the bar staff. The bar was pretty nice, a little pricey however. We were in Dallas for a football game and this hotel was perfect for us. It's only a couple of miles from Texas Stadium. I'm afraid this hotel will probably lose some business next year, since the Cowboys stadium will be in Arlington in 2009. However, I'd still consider staying here for a 2009 game.

“Best Hotel I've ever stayed in”

I have stayed in many hotels and mainly used them to sleep and shower. I actually could have stayed in this hotel and never had to leave. The room was very comfortable, clean, and the service was excellent.

“Recommend Highly”

In town over the weekend for a wedding. Stayed 3 days very pleasurable. Great room quiet, clean, full of the little things that make it a great place to stay. Small front entrance leads to a congested valet, so call down for the car when you want to leave. Large facility will plenty of things to do. Helpful staff, make use of the concierge, the know what's up. Will stay there again.

“Enjoyed our stay”

Hotel staff was excellent. Room was very nice. My only issue was that the bed was a little firm but otherwise everything else was wonderful.

“Great Hotel, Great Breakfast Buffet”

The hotel was top notch, the room was very good sized, though the view of the water wasn't as good as hoped. The breakfast and the Sunday Bruch buffet was the big surprise, very good food at a reasonable price no reason to go out. The italian restaurant was a disappointment, though. Overall, a very good experience.

“Great Value”

Hotel was very reasonable with upscale amenities. Comfortable place to stay for work or a weekend. Convenient to the cities as well as airport.

“Felt Like Home”

I was extremely surprised at the top level service we received during our visit. The front desk went out of its way to make sure that our checking went smoothly, the Concierge provided us with a fantastic restaurant that we will never forget. From the Bellman to the Maid service everything was what you would expect from a hotel. We will be going back and we will be staying here again.

“Terrific Hotel”

I spent 4 days at the Omni Mandalay over Labor Day weekend. What a treat! From the soothing "scents" and music that greet you at the door, to the friendly staff waiting to satisfy your every need - to all the comforts of home and more - it was a delightful experience. This was my first experience at an Omni Hotel - but certainly not my last.

Very impressed with overall atmosphere. I really enjoyed my stay there. look forward to go back there.
