“Awesome!”

The hotel is very nice. Very cozy. The staff is wonderful. Very helpful, courteous and accommodating. We did not like the first room we were assigned and we were transferred to another room with no hassle. For those who don't have car rental, the hotel provides free hotel pick up but because of the distance you'd have to call them as soon as you get off the plane so you do not have to wait for the shuttle for a long time. The hotel shuttle can also take you to and pick up from the train station. We love their bath products. We also loved their free hot breakfast - good variety. We'd stay at Elegante hotel again next time we visit Dallas.

“Wonderful stay”

This was our second time staying at this hotel and this time we brought my mother. There were four of us staying in the Cabana suites. Wonderful time! Friendly staff, great breakfast is included. Wifi works very well and the gym is adequate if you want to work out. There is a bar and they have happy hour there and poolside.

“Dallas is lovely!”

The Elegante was not familiar to us,but what a great secret it was. The breakfast was delightful, complete and fresh and the staff was great too. I loved the feather quilt and pillows which seems to be the crown jewel of comfort, Thank you!

“Fantastic”

This was a fantastic surprise. Fantastic Guest service. All of the staff were very helpful. Room was huge. Example of the service. I needed to heat up some food but there was not a microwave in our room. I went down to the desk to ask if they had a area Microwave I could use. She directed me to the kitchen where a staff member took my food and heated it up for me. Also giving me a plate with a cover and flatware. WOW Next time I am in town I will be here.

“We would definitely come back :)”

We had a very nice caban poolside room! The pillowtop beds were very soft and comfortable, I have physical ailments but I slept pain free on these beds. The staff at the desk were very nice, the staff in the breakfast area could have had better attitudes. Overall we would definitely come back!

“Already Booked Another Room”

The Elegante is one of the best kept secrets in Dallas. We chose it due to the free airport shuttle and free breakfast buffet. My husband had to fly out of Love Field and I had to head down I-35 to another town to work the next morning. We found out that night that the breakfast buffet did not begin serving until 6 am, but the night waiter offered to fix us up a tray of breakfast foods to take back to our room and have in the morning. We enjoyed cereal, fresh fruit, baked goods and milk the next morning and got to our respective destinations on time without any problems. All of the staff were as friendly as I have ever met. My favorite part of the stay was swimming in the large pool at night with underwater colored lights that gave the impression of swimming in a lake of blue, green or purple. Despite the 105 temperature earlier that day, the water was refreshingly cool. The hot tub also had colored lights and was not overly hot, but had ample bubbles that would spray up over my head at times. Unbelievably, we had the entire pool area to ourselves which made the whole experience enchanting. Our room, only steps away from the pool, was clean and had an extremely comfortable bed with a variety of pillows to choose from. Overall, the expereince was so wonderful, that I have already booked a return visit this weekend for no reason other than to swim and relax!

“Fine Hotel in its Class”

We were very satisfied with MCM. The staff was courteous and helpful, breakfast was free and good, and our bed was especially comfortable. Shuttle to Texas Stadium was most convenient and awaiting us when the game was over. We would definitely stay there again if ever in Dallas.
