“Great Place”

Our room was very clean and the rest of the Hotel was the same. Loved the breakfast in the morning except It would be nicer to run until 10:00 every morning. Could use a few more tables though. The help at the desk was very pleasant and helped us with a minor problem with our shower. Great location. Would definately stay there again. Would like to see some info pamphlets in the lobby for things to see and do. It was our first time in Texas to visit and would loved to have seen more. Great Place!

Always stay here when in Irving for business or pleasure. It is well located for my needs and clean. Staff is always wonderful and professional.

“INTERNET PROBLEM”

I reported twice internet not working they changed wire first time second time did nothing BUT GAVE ME A CARD TO CALL THE ISP myself, so i didnt had interned during my stay, I had to stop twice on starbucks or places to get internet.

This has been the nicest "La Quinta" I've ever stayed. Everybody made sure we were taken care of. From the receptionist to the housekeeper. The room was great and very comfortable. We will definitely use this place again.

“Pissed at the continental breakfast”

I had to leave the hotel at 6am to get to Dallas for my national certification exams. The continental breakfast was partially set up at 5:30 and I walked over to see if I could get a muffin. The guy setting up turned me away and said it didn't open until 7am. I was pissed, and because he wouldn't let me get a muffin I had to walk to the Chevron station and buy a nasty muffin from them. I don't know if he thought I was a wanderer from off the street trying to get free food, or if that's the LaQuinta policy to not let people get stuff before it "officially" opens, but I was a paying guest, not only did I pay for the hotel I had to pay for a gross muffin across the parking lot.
