The beds are very uncomfortable. Door to the room was not flush with doorframe so you could partially see into the room at floor level. Hallway floors were dirty on my floor upon arrival. Pedal to stationary bike was missing so unable to use it. Staff was very nice and accommodating when room assignment upon arrival was wrong.

This hotel is right by Expressway 75 and the windows have little soundproofing, so it could be rather noisy due to ongoing traffic, especially if your room is on the highway side. Otherwise, it is conveniently located in terms of going downtown or to other top attractions around the city. Our room looked clean, the staff were friendly, and breakfast was sufficient, so overall a good stay for a one-night business trip.

You need to worry when you see ear plugs put next to the bed! Also, breakfast was just ok - lady managing the area really didn’t seem to care - I had to ask her for items and then she would bring them out.

The staff that was here during this trip were polite, and helpful. The rooms were honestly so nice, and clean. I thought it was one of the better hotels I have stayed in the last few years (which has been a lot because of work). I would stay here again.
