“Very satisfied”
Everything was as expected or better. The front desk personnel were always friendly and helpful. Great location for airport access and shopping in nearby Grapevine which we needed both. I would give the breakfast a "just average" rating but certainly it was adequate for complimentary.
“Great hotel, great value”
The room was spacious, extremely clean, and the service was fantastic. I booked a room for only one night because of a flight change and couldn't have been happier. The room very reasonable for the night, had continental breakfast, and free shuttle to the airport. If I travel through DFW again, I will definitely choose this hotel.

Super hotel for the money. Well kept and managed property. The breakfast was well done also. Lots of choices and all fresh.
“A great alternative to park, ride, and fly!”
A great hotel at a great price! For the price of a week of park, ride, and fly, I can avoid a 100 mile trip to DFW very early in the morning and park my car at the hotel!

“excellent value for airport hotel”
Very friendly staff. Room was clean and very nice. Only there 1 night, did not use any facilities (pool, resturant, gym). Free shuttle to airport. Would definitely stay there again.

Very nice rooms, beautiful grounds with gazebo, walkways, fountains and plenty of places to just sit and relax. average breakfast. Will definitly stay next time. The only negative is that there are very few places close by to eat.
“Super Bowl”
The staff at the hotel was extremely helpful. They provided us with timely information on the Dallas area which made our Super Bowl stay very enjoyable. The property was well maintained. The rooms were clean and well furnished. The Inn's location made access to DFW airport very easy. I would recommend this Inn to others.
“So helpful...”
A relative had called about our departure flight. The airline gave a terminal and gate #. On Nov. 27 at 7 AM, we told the hotel desk person, who would be our shuttle driver. He said," Let me doublecheck that." He did and it was changed. Then he drove us to the correct place. I am eternally grateful for his interest and efficiency with his position and our care. With my disabled aunt and all of our luggage, we would have had a disasterous adventure getting to the correct departure . Also, the room was great.
