“Best Hotel in Dallas”

I can't wait to go back. This hotel is downtown and close to everything. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I was very impressed. Plenty of room even in the smaller rooms. Nice art throughout the hotel. Give it a try.

“Great Hotel and Excellent Service !!!!”

Great Hotel, Excellent Service!!! Location can be a little tricky so GPS location or call the front desk of hotel and they can direct you. Valets in the front are probably the best I have ever had take care of any of my vehicles. You definitely will have fun at this hotel. Pool is the place to be in Dallas on the weekends !!!! “Funky hotel in Dallas”

This stay was a pleasant departure from the streets roll up at 5 pm feeling you get when staying in downtown Dallas. The hotel is funky--but charming. We loved the candles that were lit when we got back from family holiday dinner. The room was large and quiet with plenty of light.

A great quirky hotel. Very comfortable and clean, interesting decor. All modern amnenities, high quality, conveniently located.

Only complaint is they did not have room ready at 5pm and had to scramble to find one that was ready; otherwise, really great high end hotel. Check for special deals on Expedia.

The hotel is close to everything. The service was wounderful. I was treated like a king. I will not consider any other hotel when I travel to Dallas.

“Wonderful getaway!”

Truly enjoyed our stay - Loved the room, the staff, and the little touches (the valet cleaned our windshield!) The massage folks were late and cut our massage short and the wait staff was very slow at the Dragonfly but those would be my only concerns. Dragonfly food was incredible and room service was very prompt for breakfast. The stay was amazing - a much needed vacation.

“Fabulous stay”

From the first step into the lobby at the Zaza you know you are in a different type of Hotel. The entire staff was very courteous. The room was a welcome change from the normal hotel room. It had more a feel of your own bedroom. The nightly turn down with candles was impressive. The coffee in the morning was a hit, just make sure to get there early. I am not a frequent traveler to the Dallas area but would love to go back and stay there again.

stayed there because price was low for a high quality property. could not justify if price was full rack rate.

When staying in Dallas and wanting to have fun, Hotel ZaZa is the place to go! From the moment you arrive you can tell this hotel knows what's hot in Dallas. The food, cocktails and atmosphere are great. The staff are quick and efficient with any request you have too. I especially like the attention to detail with decor.
