“the best”

Our favorite Dallas hotel. THe staff is wonderful and the rooms are so nice. THis is a very convenient location also.

“Great location”

The location of this hotel could not be better. Dallas is a car city, so having a hotel with 3 shopping centers in walking distance is incredible. Right across the street is Mockingbird Station. There, one can find several restaurants including Café Express, Margarita Ranch, Reifyu Sushi Bar, Rockfish Seafood, Spike Global Grill, Trinity Hall Irish Pub, and Urban Taco. A movie theatre is also there, the Angelika Film Center. Of course there is also the DART rail station where one can ride downtown and other areas. The hotel was a pleasure to go to. The entire staff was wonderful, from the valet parking fellows, the door men, housekeeping, maintenance and the front desk. The spa is fabulous. I highly recommend this hotel.

“Great stay but you must valet!”

The hotel was great but I didnt like that there is no other option but to valet. They charged us $20 a night. If there is no other choice to valet, there should not be a charge, or guests should be made aware of this before choosing this hotel.

“Unexpected Satisfaction”

THe only complaint is no coffee makers in the rooms. Other than that the hotel is beautifully appointed, rooms are very spacious and the specialized service is top notch. Great hotel for the money and location.

Palomar was full days we were there- hip restaurant and bar only negative, the pool was like 75 degrees

This hotel was probably my favorite of all time -the Exhale Spa was fabulous, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Would recommend this hotel if you're staying anywhere in the Dallas vicinity - it's definitely worth a slightly longer drive to the airport, etc.

“Very Impressed”

The hotels staff, decor, rooms and restaurant service was terrific. One of my new favorites. I would reccomend this hotel to anyone who wants a great stay!

“Recently remodeled, modern charmer”

This hotel has modern, sort of Asian inspired rooms that are very comfortable and luxurious. The service was excellent. One thing to keep in mind if you have asthma or allergies though is that it has been recently remodeled. I had some problems breathing because of the new carpets in the rooms.

what a wonderful hotel. The interior was beautiful, very modern but with an inviting feel. Bed linens were fabulous. Room service and dining in the restaurant were both excellent. Staff was courteous and helpful. I would definately stay here again.
