“Very friendly staff”

Great location and hotel. Crazy beach colors and weird room layout design, but good experience there and great staff. Best value out of downtown hotels for the New Years weekend.

Our stay, even though it was only for one night, was VERY enjoyable!! The rooms were beautifully decorated and the entire decor of the hotel had me mesmerized! We loved the location in the heart of downtown Dallas, only blocks away from the local nightlife scene and several lovely eateries! The drinks and food in the hotels bar were overpriced to be as ordinary as they were, but that won't stop us from staying in this quaint hotel :-) the staff was very attentive and helpful when called upon, even at 2am when we were hungry and looking for somewhere still open! Absolutely loved our trip!

Our hotel stay was great, we did have some excitement from the neighbors next door. Perhaps a fight. had to call the front desk and request security. Once security came things were very quite, but it was a little disturbing. I think this could happen anywhere at anytime and had nothing to do with Hotel.

Very comfortable, friendly helpful staff. Only cons: older noisy elevator, HVAC unit noise in room. The building is nicely renovated. Meals were good. I'll return.

Very friendly staff. Sent our Son a special gift to the room to show appreciation for his service in the Marines. It was a really good experience. Would stay there again.
