“Good service and room”

Strong cigarette smell on first floor hallway was unpleasant, but everything else was great.

“An incredible place to stay!”

I just spent 5 nights at this hotel and it was wonderful!!! It is located in a lovely neighborhood in walking distance to shopping and eateries. It's a great hotel! I loved the room (which is a suite complete with kitchenette and sitting area and 2 televisions!) It was spacious, clean and extremely comfortable. The staff was exceptional...everyone was friendly, polite, professional and willing to help with whatever I needed. Every morning a complimentary, full buffet breakfast was served in the dining area of the hotel. A complimentary dinner was served Monday-Thursday as well! The food was delicious and abundant. I loved the coffee bar which was filled with a variety of flavored creamers and an assortment of coffees. (I loved their regular coffee but the Robust blend quickly became my favorite!) Did I mention the coffee bar is also complimentary? I was amazed at how much this hotel offered their guests...from the newspaper at my door each morning to the coffee bar, breakfast each morning and dinner Monday-Thursday (which comes complete with wine and beer.) The guest washer and dryer was so convenient - and only $1 to wash and $1 to dry!!! I have to return to the Dallas-Plano area in three months and I will certainly be booking my stay again at this wonderful hotel! I can't wait to go back!

“Great Place”

We stayed here 3 weeks. The staff and hotel are great. The breakfast and light dinner was very good. We will be staying here again.

“Very nice stay!”

We checked-in early and the hotel had no problem with this. They had our room ready and it was the exact accommodations we were expecting. The room was clean and neat, and quite a bit more room than we expected for the price we paid. The staff were friendly and helpful and the hotel was in a very nice location with easy access to the places we needed to go.

“Will go back again.”

I had booked a two bedroom suite because I was traveling with a friend of mine. Both bedrooms had their own bathrooms and was separated by the kitchenette and livingroom. The room was spacious and immaculate. The full hot breakfast in the morning was delicious and there was free coffee available all day. I would definitely stay at one of these hotels again whenever I travel.

A wonderful hotel and experience. Unbelievable for the price. Gorgeous room with a full kitchen. Everything was first class. Best breakfast, lots of variety. Best coffee!!!

“Great extended stay hotel”

The convience of a kitchen is great. The breakfast has lots of choices and is very tasty. We didn't try the dinner but the food menu for dinner looks good. Very comfortable rooms except they need new mattresses (king size). Our mattress was pretty worn out. There are grocery stores around to stock your kitchen. The staff was very nice and helpful. We will be staying here again.

“Great place for a family stay”

We have stayed in this hotel three times in the past three years every time we visit Dallas/Plano. It has a nice home like feeling to it. Quite, comfortable and very close to shopping and restaurants. The hotel is showing signs of aging and perhaps needs some updates though.

“Enjoyable and comfortable hotel.”

Clean but slightly worn-looking. The DVD player in the room didn't have a remote and the desk manager couldn't find one. Very quiet and convenient to shopping and other activities. Very nice to have kitchen and living room area.
