It was a great price, but run down. Our room had a broken cabinet. They were out of pillows, we had the 2 on our bed and my kids couldnt get one for the sofa bed. The staff was friendly.
I booked 2 suites for 4 nights and could not get anyone to service our rooms. We had kitchen trash, pizza boxes etc that we had to find a place outside to throw away. I stopped a housekeeper and asked if our rooms could be serviced and the trash removed and she indicated she did not understand me “no habla English”. I went downstairs and asked for our rooms to be serviced and we came back and the beds had been halfway made with pillows not even put on the bed. I thought someone had pulled the blankets down and then laid back down and wrinkled them up. We had actually removed the linens because our toddler had spilled their bottle and the same sheet was placed back on the bed. We have been Hilton Honors members for over a decade. Honestly I’ve never seen this company do so poorly at customer service. Super disappointed for a trip planned for 6 months.

The staff was great. However the property was in shambles. The bathrooms had visible mold. The sheets were extremely dirty and had a smell.
Breakfast was not edible. There was no room to walk around the breakfast area.
We visit Dallas quite often and have decided not to stay here again.

Good location, affordable, and quiet.
Some of the room furniture was slightly overused
I've always liked the Hilton flag, along with a few others. I was looking forward to staying here since it is a Hilton property. Check in and lobby were very nice in appearance. Once inside the room a different story emerged: wallpaper in fair to poor condition with stains and separation, flooring in kitchen area in poor condition. Bathroom (toilet & shower) one large room with no hand rails except for the one in the shower. Towels were in fair condition. Flooring in bath area - grout and seals seemed dirty/moldy. Rust spotted in some areas along with stains in wallpaper. Bed was one of the best I've slept in in a good while. Wallplates and switches seem to be a great bit dated. Obviously some money needs to be put into this hotel to keep it on the value side of quality stay. Main window in living area of room was cracked with at least a 15 inch crack. I will not be staying here again.
When we were not in the room.. somehow Celing fan came down, when called front desk they said Maintenance guy has left for the day which we did not like it. I had my 4 kids and it was not safe to stay like that.
Front desk offered me a room which is all the way in the corner and Elevator was not working. It was hard to walk other side of elevator that is why I continued in same room and myself disconnected the fan from the wires and kept it in closet.
Floor 2 has lots of animals staying on the property and the hallways smell like a animal boarding hotel.

Paid hrough hotels.com and property charged me again. Asked the desk clerk at checkout to verify and he lied to me that nothing was being charged. Now have to hope that i will get a refund. Just disappointed

We stayed in a suite which was a great option to have additional space.
We got to the hotel really late. I checked in and got the room keys which ended up not working. I went back down to the front desk and got new reprogrammed keys which also did not work. I called the front desk and the employee brought new keys and a master key. Again, the programmed keys did not work but the master key did. Overall not a big deal but kind of inconvenient at 1am after a long drive.
Overall the room was really unclean. The bathroom was probably the worst. There were a bunch of dead ants on the floor under the toilet which was kind of gross but glad they were dead.
The rest of the room overall was run down and not very clean. We had a short amount of time there so we made the best of it. Had we checked in at 3pm and been hanging out there all day we would have probably found somewhere else to stay.
Also in the middle of the night a little kid started crying. It was so loud I thought it was coming from in our room. It finally stopped and a little while later we got a call from the front desk asking if we were missing a kid. I guess a little guy got out of their room and was wandering the halls crying. In this case thin walls were great but normally not a plus:)

Great place to stay but the room was a little shabby, torn couches in living area and bedroom side tables not clean
Booked 2 bedroom suite, there was a leak in room, upon arrival, they offered room or connecting rooms , “with no extra charge” - as I’d it was my choice not to have my family all in one room. “No extra charge” was not a bonus like they made it seem! Ice machine broke for hotel- ice maker in freezer also didn’t work
The desk clerk who checked us in was extremely nice & helpful at 3am in the morning! Our flight was delayed due to weather leaving Georgia & she was most accommodating!

Front was nice but pool was out of service. We picked this hotel because it has pool but because it was out of service pool was dirty we are very disappointed and dryer both were not working we outed clothes for an hour still was not dry. Overall it’s was ok
The property needs some attention, there were cosmetic issues around the lobby and hallways, and in our room, a hole around a pipe that was visible in the kitchen. The units were clean and the staff was kind and helpful. The lobby and hallways and especially the elevator were a bit warm, especially on the 3rd floor. One elevator was out of service. Overall it was a clean quiet stay.
