“Will not stay again.”

This hotel was dirty and smelled of pet urine. It was the most unpleasant room I have ever stayed in.

“Very unimpressed”

Nice receptionist, but the late evening guy was rude. No hair dryer in the room--had to pick it up at the desk as no one would bring it to the room; and no shampoo or other amenities. The junior suite was supposed to have utensils in the kitchen--but most were missing. I travel a lot and this was by far the worst hotel I've stayed in in years. I do not recommend it.

“Do not even think about staying here”

If you are thinking about it do not book this hotel!!!!! This was the worst hotel that we have ever been to, we did not stay we lasted 90 minutes before we left and checked in at the opposite hotel. The room stank of urine, mixed with air freshener, we could not stay there. The room was filthy, the kitchen units had food caked onto them, the glasses and crockery had not been cleaned. The guy at the reception was uninterested in our complaint but he did give us some more air freshener to disguise the smell. My advice is just do not go there.

“Worst Hotel ever I have stayed in US”

Bad service, not clean and if you have a baby Hotel will not even provide you a crib in the room... Not recommended.

“Need Renovation Badly”

I am sad to say that I was not impressed by the quality, the cleanness, or overall look of the hotel. The Room was not clean, it had a very odd and unplesant odor, the furnishing was old, the kitchen appliances broken and unclean, the shower unclean and broken... Had to wait for an hour for the courtesy van to arrive AFTER i had called the hotel to send one to me.. i was told the hotel checks to see who arrives and sends the shuttle accordingly.. however, that was not the case.. i had to wait 10 extra minutes for the shuttle to arrive to take me to the airport.. their every hour pick up was also not true... if the building is renovated with new furnishing, carpeting and appliances, then it would turn into a 5 quality hotel.. otherwise i will not stay there anymore...

“Would not stay here again!!!!”

This hotel was terrible. Hotel stated they offer airport shuttle service. Waited from 9:00pm till 10:30pm for the shuttle from the airport yet it never arrived. Called hotel to get status of shuttle and was told to take a cab. Cab fare from airport to hotel was $30.00. Questioned front desk about a refund of cab fare since they stated they offered shuttle service and was told that it was my problem. Hotel room was terrible. Doors broke, drawers broke, lights inoperable.

“Disgustingly Dirty”

Hotel had our reservation as expected after booking with Expedia, but upon arrival in our room everything went wrong. Our room was dirty with the shower curtain having mold, the kitchen cabinets having food smudges all on them, floors were just dirty, and the carpet was stained. I could go on and on, but lets just say I'll never stay here again. I'm also sending a complaint to the hotels company.

“"Not Impressed"”

This was one of the poorest excuses for a hotel that I have ever stayed in. I will not be returning any time soon.

“Needs work”

Needs to be overhauled not just updated. Air-conditioner was not functioning up to standards,
