“Good value”

One thing to keep in mind - this is an extended stay hotel. So a full room cleaning isn't done but once a week or so. We had clean sheets, but the previous guest had smoked in a non-smoking room. There was no smoky odor in the air, but there were ashes in a drawer and a dirty dish with ashes in another drawer. There were a few minor items in the room condition, however, another thing to remember is that if nobody mentions the missing light over the stove, they might not ever find out. Overall, it was good. They did good at taking care of the minor problems, and I would be glad to go back.

“I don't know what everyone is complaining about..”

I read all the other reviews for this hotel and was scared to stay here until i had to because all the other hotels were booked for the game this weekend, honestly i got a smoking room and it didn't smell like smoke at all ( i don't smoke but it was the only room they had left) yes my room was a little small but it was very clean, you get what you pay for its cheaper but its not that bad, it is for an extended stay so its more homier than a normal hotel, but it was a nice stay.

“Not bad at all.”

The hotel was very, very clean, but the room was very, very small. I appreciated the kitchenette and all the kitchen items. I wish only that there had been one comfortable chair in addition to the bed. Great value. No criticisms.

“Better than expected...”

Our hotel stay was very nice. We were a little worried about it since it had so many bad reviews but we took our chances anyway. Our room was clean, the staff was very friendly, and our stay was great. The only bad thing I can really say about our room is that we had a non-smoking room that did faintly smell of smoke. A little air freshener and all was right as rain again. For an inexpensive hotel, it was a really nice place to stay.

“Really solid place”

If you need to be in north Arlington, the location is convenient to both The Ballpark and Cowboys Stadium. A nice touch is that there is a restaurant next door. The hotel is clean and well-maintained. It's a solid place, nothing fancy. You get much more than what you pay for.

“Adequate”

For the the price it's OK. The location is great for Six Flags or Rangers games. But I would have wanted the room to be in a little better shape. It was a non-smoking room, and it smelled of smoke. Enough to make my eyes burn a bit. There were three bulbs missing out of light fixtures. And there was a fair amount of mold on the bottom of the shower curtain. Not enough kitchen utensiles to make the kichenette useable. Bring your own stuff.

“Could have been better...”

The location is great if you need to make a trip to Cowboys Stadium. Also conveniently located right next to a Cracker Barre! Otherwise, we paid for the high-speed internet access that only worked part of the time, and there was no phone in our room! We found that unusual.
