“Perfect for the purpose”

Used this hotel to stay in while doing some business in the area and it was great. It's location is extremely convenient, literally minutes away from the airport. I wouldn't recommend this hotel for families or couples but for business, it's perfect!!!

“Very nice for the Money”

Hotel staff was nice and friendly! We were lost on our way to the hotel and they were able to direct us straight to the hotel from our vauge description of where we were. One caution - The hallways are extremely hot in the summer time. I don't think they have the air conditioner on during the summer months in the hallways. Our room was freezing:)

“Near DFW”

We loved the shuttle service to DFW airport. Everyone was very helpful and friendly.

Overall pretty good. Average for a Hilton Garden Inn property.

“Great Staff”

The staff at this hotel were fantastic - smiling, helpful, went out of their way to accomodate our requests for directions, restaurants, etc. The only negative we experienced had to do with noise at night. There were some late revelers who came in at 2AM. The women were literally shouting in the hallway for an extended period until a guest demanded they quiet down. Proximity to the airport also results in late arrivals and early departures with the accompanying noise of doors slamming, water running, voices, etc. Soundproofing could be better.

“Nice, a little cramped”

The hotel was very nice. The two queen bed room we got was a little smaller than we expected but overall still very nice. Wish we would have had breakfast included. A few days after our visit I received an email indicating there was a breakfast offer for only a few dollars more. A little late to tell us that. Wireless internet, and even if you don't have your system with you, there is a room with a system and printers you can use. Very clean hotel.

“highly recommended”

nice, clean sheets, sparkling clean shower...the only complaints were absolutely liveable...the coffee pot did not work (which was only inconvenient b/c we were leaving so early)...and there was no fan in the bathroom (again, liveable)...the beds were very comfortable and the hotel was a straight 2 minute shot to the rental car return area...very convenient and comfortable! We will stay here every time we visit Dallas!

“First time to Dallas”

We used this hotel as a base to go to downtown Dallas and to the Cowboys Stadium. The roads in the area were a tad confusing.

I think cost performance for this hotel is great!
