Good Greedy Hotel

Posted 28-Jul-2015
I like this hotel super nice, but ill never stay here again! 20 for every night you overnight park? That's a joke you have two huge lots, DONT CHARGE YOUR GUEST THAT ALREADY PAID 160 PER NIGHT. Just another greedy corporate hotel, great room an service though everyone was super nice!

Expensive Parking

Posted 17-Jul-2015
The hotel is excellent and the rate's room is fair, but the parking for guest is really expensive $20 regular $28 valet parking. Hotel must consider avoid this charge to the guess.

Perfect luxury

Posted 09-Jul-2015
Pros: The staff mostly.
Cons: Recommend elevator repairs and incorporating a microwave into all the rooms instead of an over-priced mini-bar.
Location: There's not much nearby, by way of entertainment except for Medieval times.
Had the pleasure of having a staff-member; while riding the elevator offer to bring me to free drinks to my room. In addition, the concierge was very pleasant, very warm welcomed. Made my stay absolutely enjoyable by offering me complimentary service.

Not as good as it looked :/

Posted 06-Jul-2015
Pros: The art and decorations were breathtaking but nothing else really made this place worth the price at all
Cons: All fees should be disclosed every amenity they listed online such as simple things every hotel has pools to work-out facilities cost extra
Location: The location was good close to many great restaurants the zoo and more
While the decor of the hotel is gorgeous almost every facility was closed , unavailable or had many extra hidden fees to enjoy and we were guest on the 4th of July weekend were you would assume many things events would be happening. The beds where no more comfortable than your average 40 dollar hotel and the television had signal problems the entire weekend even though the weather was clear and sunny. The walls were paper thin as well woke up to sounds of general conversations, to children from 2am-to7am overall completely unimpressed

Very disappointing experience. First, the room that I made reservations for, Has a window that shows the Dallas skyline, which was the reason I booked the room. The room had a very fowl odor. I called the desk to have someone to come up and deal with the odor, the desk said ten min. (10) Three hours later I'm still waiting. I go to the desk, and tell them about the odor. The desk person took the offer of correcting the odor from my options of what I could do. I requested to speak with the manager, was instructed to have a seat, and I would be able to speak with him in Ten minutes. Thirty minutes later I was told that the manager was BUSY! and would contact me later that day 07/03/15. The clerk did give me another room to use "Until the manager contacts me so, moved from room 2691, with the view of skyline, to room 2664, and the view was the HALLWAY! NEVER DID SEE THE mANAGER. I find it very hard to believe that the hotel was not aware of the odor in that room. There cleaning staff could not have cleared THAT room as OKAY. Was never given the proper paper work to get the breakfast that was attached to the room. The ONLY thing that was done in a TIMELY MANNER, was the removal of MY FUNDS from my CARD

Everything was great. Only the bed was not as comfortable to us as we would have hoped.

Pros: Room comfort and gym.
Location: Location is central to my activities
The Anatole never ceases to impress. The rooms and showers are large. Water pressure, water pressure is great. I will not stay in hotels with low pressure.

Very accommodating for big group

Posted 22-Jun-2015
We recently stayed here for a car show in Dallas and check in and check out was very easy with our large group. Made accommodations as needed as we arrived a lot earlier than check in time and that was no problem. The hotel itself is very beautiful and rooms are nice and clean. Room service was also delicious. Will definitely stay again the next time we visit Dallas.
