“Quality and comfort has gone down.”

I stayed at this hotel last year and was very satisfied with my stay. However, my last stay was filled with problems. First of all, the air conditioner does not go below 70 degrees. The thermostat is set so you can't make your room cooler than 70. In hot Texas weather, this is unacceptable. I like my room at least 68 degrees so I had a difficult time falling asleep. The clerk told me there is now way to make my room cooler. Second, it was difficult to get cold water. I had to take a hot shower when I needed a cold shower to cool off. The water did cool down to warm after about 15 minutes, but never cold. This magnafied the air conditioning problem. Third, when the AC did come on, it was so loud it actually woke me from sleep. The hotel is in a good safe location with near by restaurants. However, I will not be a repeat customer.

“It Was Okay”

The hotel was located perfectly for what we needed. The major things that I did not like was our bedroom smelt like dead fish & there were black hairs on the bathroom door, bathtub, etc.

Stayed many times and I will continue to go back.

“Great place to stay!”

We stayed 4 nights. The rooms were awesome, the staff very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was fabulous! Second cheapest place to stay in the area but worlds ahead of the competition. It is rated as 2 star, but I would give it at least 4 stars! The only negative was that the pool was small and unheated.

“Overall, excellent”

The only less-positives are that the room lighting is done with floor lamps, and the kitchen lights are relatively dim; and, the bathroom light switch activaters a very loud ventilation fan, which you can't turn off. Otherwise, the rooms have been really great - I was more than pleasantly surprised when I checked in the first time - the rooms are huge, updated, huge flat scren TVs with very nice, very comfortable furniture. They update the tolietries daily, there are amenities such as ice maker, free beer / wine / chips in the evening; the food in the morning is excellent and fresh. The staff are very courteous & Dallas-friendly.

“Really Good Choice”

My wife booked this hotel for me. This stay was after a long road trip,and I was very pleased with the quality, size and comfort of the room. Much more than I expected. I used the pool to relax and unwind. I was disappointed that they had filled what used to be the hot tub with cement, and the pool was small, but it was adequate for what I needed.

“Quiet, Clean and well located. It's my Addison secret”

I've stayed there 15 or 20 times because it's quiet, always very clean and I see the same people at the front desk so I know they enjoy working there...also they know my name when I come in. The hotel is very close to all the Addison activities and feels more like a bed and breakfast then a chain hotel. Give them a try...and I will see you at the pool.
