This property is in desperate need of updating. The faucet in the bathroom wasnt attached to the counter top. The water in the shower got luke warm at best. The ac unit was Loud! The room was very dark (/think dark carpet and dark large furniture). The wall treatment all looked like it was repaired and waiting for paint. The people and location were amazing. The building/rooms need some serious attention!!

Building is not well maintained or hasn’t been updated. Only 1 side of elevator working. Old AC’s in room. Would not stay there again especially for the price of the room.

The only thing we didn’t care for was the ceiling was pretty icky. The pool room was definitely in need of some repairs due to the increased rust action. But other then that.. hotel was great.. good breakfast too

The staff was pleasant and welcoming. The rooms showed their age and the beds were very hard and uncomfortable. The breakfast options were good, Texas shaped waffles always makes a morning.

We booked the hotel as two couples with identical room requests 5 months prior to our stay. One of the rooms was definitely inferior in terms of size and amenities. When speaking with the desk manager, and a Hotels.com customer service representative, we were told nothing could be done about it. One of the elevators was out of service for the duration of our stay, as was half of the equipment in the fitness room. Each of the rooms, as well as the common areas were below standards for cleanliness and maintenance. The furniture was many years outdated, with the wood surfaces very chipped and damaged. The mirror on the sliding closet door was broken, and the doors would not slide without coming off the track. (While letting the front desk manager know, he said don’t worry about it, we won’t hold you responsible). The carpet throughout was stained, and the carpet in the corridor was loose and wrinkled up. (This was definitely a trip hazard). There was damage to the drywall in every room, and throughout the common areas and fitness room. The faucets in the sink and tub were pitted and corroded from the hard water. There had been water damage to the walls around the shower that had been repaired, but the repairs and finish caulking were poorly completed. We stay in Hilton properties around the entire country. This location fell far short of Hilton standards, and our experience with those standards.

Property needs updating. Very bad Scratched furniture, sheets felt like they’ve been washed 1,000’s of times, bath needs new chalking, etc. hotel has been neglected. It was clean though.

Located very close to ATT Stadium, this is a perfect place to stay for the Cowboys or Astros. Make this your go to place for Dallas, Fort Worth and Six Flags.

Amazing service - Clean room
There were some signs of wear and needed upkeep in the pool area, but the room and hotel in general were very clean. The staff was amazing, super friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast was delicious and diverse. This was our second year staying here for Red Zone at AT&T Stadium, which we also treat as a mother-daughter weekend and though my daughter wishes there was a hot tub, the stay was excellent.

Terrible!
The room was ok. Walls and room just seemed dirty. Bed was uncomfortable. Pillows were worn out and hard to sleep on. This was one of the worst Hampton. Would not go back. Room next door people were extremely loud half the night.

Our experience this at weekend at the Hampton was great. From the time we walked into the door until we checked out. The front desk staff was very welcoming and warm. They were also very helpful in recommending us transportation to and from the Cowboys game. The location is prime, we didn't have to travel far to restaurants and stores. The room very clean and spacious. We will definitely book with them again.

Family vacation
Mini family vacation. Had a late check in due to traffic. Contacted the location and Mr.Teddy was aware of our late arrival. Once we finally arrived check in was a breeze. Common areas were clean and the pool and work out room was available at this location. Room service staff were super friendly, even spoke to our daughter in Spanish as she is learning the language. Rooms are fine, beds are pretty firm if you like FIRM. Breakfast was simple, make your own waffle and a juice bar and cereal. Overall our stay was great and would recommend this location.

Out stay in Dallas
Walls are very thin. You can hear everything from the people in the room next to you to cleaning that started at 8 in the morning from the floor above you. Door are self closing so you can hear every door slam around you. Walls and shower were dirty. Shower looked like it had not been cleaned and was molded.
