“Great value hotel”

I recently stayed at the Hampton Inn - Addison. The reviews for the hotel were positive so I had high expectations. These expectations were met and exceeded. The staff was friendly, the rooms were spacious and clean, and the hotel was centrally located in Addison. The only negatives were a poorly equipped fitness center with a treadmill that was out of order and slower than optimal internet connection. However, the positives far outweighed the negatives and I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

“Good hotel for a good price”

The shower drainage in my room was not working. water accumulated after 3~4 mins of shower. reported to staff and got switched to another room. service is nice. breakfast is better than most 3 stars hotels.

“My 2nd stay - and will stay again”

I am in love with this hotel. First, I have to say the staff, from front desk to housekeeping, are the friendliest, most helpful people! The hotel room is small, but laid out very well, with a good desk and internet connection to work at. The breakfast is phenomenal and changes every day. We had a slight problem with pillows that were less than fresh, but they were exchanged immediately without problem. The neighborhood is excellent and feels very secure, with many great restaurants nearby. I highly recommend this hotel!

“Disapointed”

The bed was uncomfortable- felt like springs in my back. I am getting more andnot happy with the Hampton- they are behind other hotels. I used to make sure I stayed at Hampton because you got consistency- no longer- I will try others... Great location in Addison

“A Little Work Would Make This a 5-Star Property”

The people I dealt with at this property were very friendly and helpful. The property itself was a little run down. The rooms seems to be recently renovated, but the common areas--including soundproofing the hall doors--need attention. The hotel is very conveniently located in the Addison area. It's easy to access and has plenty of parking.

“Nice hotel, delicious breakfast!”

I wasn't expecting much when I made my reservation but was quite pleasantly surprised! The decor is quite contemporary, the rooms were very comfortable and the breakfast was one of the best complimentary hotel breakfasts I've ever had, in any state. The fact that it's located within walking distance to 20+ restaurants/bars is just an added bonus. I'll definitely stay here again!

“Quite hotel”

Very nice and quite hotel. The only thing the front desk lady was not friendly nor helpful to my needs.
