“wonderful overnight stay”

“Good, but not Great”

The room was actually nice and comfortable. I was disappointed with the decor. It just looked plain, and the carpet was stained with a spill which made it look awful.

“Great Hotel near Northpark Mall and SMU”

Very comfortable Suites hotel near Northpark Mall & SMU area. We were in town for a tennis tournament at Fair Oaks-only 6 minutes away. Hotel is right off of I-75, but is nicely nestled in quiet neighborhood. Pretty courtyard and pool area.

“as expected”

This hotel was just what we expected. It would have been nice if the pool opened earlier in the morning. It was blazing hot when we visited Dallas and an early morning poolside lounge would have been nicer. The staff always greeted us when we returned in the evening... very pleasant. We had to specifically request not to be charged for parking. We just parked on the street right out in front of the hotel which is a quiet side street. Always good to save some money.

“Housekeeping sucks”

I got bacl to my hotel room to find soap scum in the bacthtub. The towels that I left on the floor were not replaced and were still on the floor.

“Very good hotel for the price”

Very clean hotel in very good conditions. Parking was not ideal but ok. Staff was friendly. Location was good. Overall very good for the price.

“Great location”

The hotel staff was friendly and accomodating. The breakfast was good every day, and they have an evening social hour Mon-Thur that I'm sure was great, even though we missed it. It was quiet, and the kitchen was stocked well. The garage is free according to their hold music, so if they try to charge you for it, just ask them to comp it...they will.

This was a great neighborhood with Greenvile just across the highway. Perfect location!

“100% Recommended!!!”

What a GREAT place to stay!! Great central location in Dallas, Friendly Staff, everything was spotless inside and out, Really awesome room setups, I felt right at home, and I think I had the smallest studio...I stayed on the 4th floor (top) with a view of courtyard. It's right next to the freeway (75) but I never heard a sound. Secured parking garage was nice for the security of the rental car. The price was reasonable too. I would FOR SURE stay here again!!!!!
