The property was very poorly taken care of. It smelled like marijuana smoke when you walked in, as well as down the hall and in room. We immediately left.

Everything is broken of filthy or broken, tables broken, TV broken, torn up chairs, blood (or something red stained) carpet, toilet and tubs clog, AC is extremely loud but at least in makes the hourly sirens less noticeable when wearing earplugs. You have to beg staff for any cups or plates, filthy cabinets, no supplies (soap, shampoo or dish-washing detergrent), after asking for water glasses and other items they eventually gave me some cheap silverware and small packets of detergent. MANY code violations, at least in other states. Always put food in fridge and throw out all containers to avoid the roaches coming out. Leave the lights on while gone or the roaches will appear and since I did this I only saw less than a dozen each day. Cabinets are probably never cleaned. There is no functional fan in the bathrooms. A useless load AC sits at the end if each hallway and is very loud and despite being 100-200 feet from the highway it is the least noise issue. Very crime ridden area, this gas station requires an armed officer and two attendants for security. Homeless camp is gone but they did have one sleeping in the entry but just the first day. They do have a small first floor laundry but why? I consider moving to another hotel. If it were not part of a package and not seperately billed I would have left the next morning of day 1 and spent time looking at ANY other option, second worst hotel in the nation, worse is in Missouri. ANY chain facility is MUCH better ...

I would NOT go there ever again! The rooms were disgusting, the bed had crumbs in the sheets. The hallway’s smelled horrible. Whatever the room spray they used was not pleasant!

Heavy highway construction obscures the entrance to the property The property is not in top notch shape. However, the room was clean, quiet, and the bed was very comfortable. After all, sleeping was the primary need for a room. I felt a little unsafe for no specific reason. I'm not sure why. I would not rule this property out for another stay. The staff was not outgoing, but adequate.

Not a good place for out of town visitors
The refrigerator wasnt cooling. Nothing to get ice, found a childs jacket on the floor by the bed stand, homeless couple sitting outside the door. Was not comfortable staying there but couldnt afford to go to a different place. Will not stay there again if i come back to town. The guy at the front desk was nice.

They do not check in before 3:00 PM. They stand on that like it’s a legislative passed law! This place is NOT a hotel/motel! This is a place to live if you get evicted, homeless, or can’t get an apartment. The struggle was real in these walls! Expedia shouldn’t put someone looking for room temporarily here.

We stay there for 5 nights on a business trip. On the first day, we ask for pot & pan, front desk said “tomorrow”. 5 days later, it still say “tomorrow”. What is the kitchen for if you don’t have enough kitchen ware?

Choose wisely
I would not recommend this location. Woke up to roaches in the bathroom. When we informed the front desk there was no apology or emotion. She stated oh ok i will let them know. I have pictures but cant upload for some reason. One crawling up the wall. One roach crawling toward my husband's foot and 2 baby roaches in the bath tub This is horrible to worry the rest of the night if roaches will be in your bags.

Hotel did not feel safe. It was in need of major repairs & renovations. There were holes in the wall, the floors were uneven, the elevator wouldn’t work, and it was in a terrible area of Dallas. Their breakfast was a “grab and go” which included a choice of granola bar or a packaged muffin. No doubt due to the number of homeless hanging around the hotel on a regular basis.

No coffee pot in rooms.coffee downstairs was water. No phone in the room and the whole hotel smelled stail and mildew. Never again!!!
