“Good Hotel”

The pillows could have been a little better and more trash cans in suite we stayed in, but overall a great stay.

“It was the best hotel I have stayed in! Loved the inside court, fountain, and decor; just beautiful.”

My family and I loved the inside court, fountain area; it was simply beautiful, and made it so pleasant to walk our 1 1/2 year old daughter around. It was a haven and pleasant refuge from the scorching heat outside. Our trip to Dallas would not have been so lovely if we had not stayed here. We even stopped at the Hilton, and were surprised at its sterile, unimaginative decor in comparison to that of Embassy Suites. My whole family and I were very satisfied.

“Will always come back”

This is a very nice hotel and you get more for your money. They have a free Happy 2 hours in the evening and a cook to order breakfast. I love spending my anniversary at this hotel for the last 5 years.

“Bad experience”

Stayed there 2 years ago and had the same problem. The hotel has a block on the AC and the rooms will not cool, so at night we burn up. We will not be staying there anymore. The hotel is very outdated and needs major remodeling. The only good things is there made to order breakfast.

“Great Hotel, Great Staff!”

The staff was wonder ful throughout our stay! The hotel is very nice in appearance, clean and the kids especially enjoy the made to order breakfast! Indoor pool always a plus, even though TX weather in October is still warm. Capistrano's Restaurant is wonderful as well. My only bad comment about Embassy/DFW is that there was no free wi-fi. I've stayed in other hotels that weren't near as great and even they had free wi-fi for us to use the internet.

“Cold Buffet Dinner”

I would recommend this hotel. It was close to airport and mall. Hotel was a 10 only thing we had a problem was with the Buffet Dinner our food was cold. But other than that The Breakfast was awesome. I would recommend it again and I would stay here again.

“A does that does the job. Nothing more, nothing less.”

This is a typical Embassy Suites hotel. Large rooms that are a bit out dated and could use a make over to compete with I.E. The Hyatt Place

“Wonderful”

We had a little trouble locating how to reach the hotel due to changes in the off ramps but once we did it was worth it. They really made you feel at home. The breakfast was the best I have ever know of any hotel giving. The waterful was so peaceful. I will be back.
